We booked two months before our trip (23/12/11 - 27/12/11 ) and it's raiting was more than 3.5,that is why we choose it. Now it's supposed to be a 2.9 but in my opinion it doesn't deserve more than 1. Everything was in bad condition, it wasn't clean, and we had to leave the next moning we arrived because there were bedbugs. It was disgusting.Genuine Expedia guest review
they say they have wifi i couldn't connect they should not advertise wifi when it's not there the rooms are very old the pool was tiny the carpet stain your feet black had to where some type of foot where at all times in the room even though the price was ok i would never stay in this place again they need to up grade the rooms and change the carpets […] and either get better wifi service or don't advertise internet Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The price was reasonable and the room was clean, that's the good part. The WI-FI kept dropping out and was horribly slow, basically un-accessible. The free continental breakfast was okay but the set up gives it the feel of a soup kitchen where you're standing in line in a crowded room for 15 minutes waiting your turn at the waffle iron. The pool is […] right next to the street where you can watch the street walkers stroll by. The room had a large number of safety hazards, steel angle iron jutting out from the side of the bed over an inch, worn-out loose electrical cords, overloaded electrical outlets, curtains didn't close properly, insufficient lighting, luke warm water. The list goes on and on, definitely a one star. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Enjoyed our Stay. Staff Friendly & Helpful."
Hotel is older, but has been very much refurbished. Room was very nice, clean & comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, slept very well. Walls & especially floors carry sound big time. We were awoken each morning when the family staying above us started walking around. All in all, not a bad hotel for the price. The breakfast area was small, but nice. […] The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an afordable place to stay near Knott's Berry Farm. This place is clean and very nice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
問合せ番号S66964947) I was stolen groceries. I never use this hotel again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"No te quedes aquí."
"urine and blood"

My friend and I were at Disneyland until closing. We got to the Ramada Inn at 1 AM. We were so tired and looking forward to a nice nights sleep. I have stayed in Ramada Inn's before, but never EVER quite like this. My friend climbed into bed, pulled the covers up over her and jumped out screaming - EW, EW, EW!!! Her blankets smelled like URINE! Now being a mom of 4, there is not mistaking that smell. So, we called down to the front desk and requested clean bedding for both beds. I didn't even get in my bed, I was to afraid. The night clerk brought us the bedding and told us we had to change it ourselves, because there way no housekeeping in at that hour. That's ok with us. So, we took the bedding off and and there on the mattress, was a huge blood stain!!! It was about the size of a volleyball and it wasn't old. Needless to say, our stay was LESS than acceptable. The next morning I told the manager of our experience. They only discouted our stay by $20. Really? I guess when we got there, at 1:00 AM, and the doors were chained shut and the clerk was behind plexy glass, that should have been a warning sign. I will NEVER stay at another Ramada in and we will not recommend it to any one!!
"The worst experience"
I booked this hotel on booking.com because it was reasonably priced and not too far from Disneyland/the convention center. The pictures on booking looked relatively nice, and they were rated with 3 stars. The Ramada name was also a plus! Upon arriving at the hotel, my friend and I checked in. It was about 11:00pm, and we were exhausted after a day at Disneyland. The hotel was clearly run down, but we were both eager to get some sleep so didn't really mind. After checking in, we went to grab our bags from the car to bring them to the room. As we were unloading our bags, an SUV rolled up behind my car, blocking it in. At first I didn't notice, but my friend stopped what she was doing to inform me that the two older men in the car were both looking at us and the driver was saying something. So I looked over and saw two very creepy looking men, probably in their early 40's, watching us. We continued to unpack but when they wouldn't stop staring, my friend and I got into my car and locked the doors. The men continued to sit there though, and did not stop looking at my car. So I finally turned on my car to back out...and they wouldn't move theirs until I was nearly about to hit them. Needless to say we immediately left the parking lot and were too scared to return -since the rooms are all outdoor and it would be clear to anyone where us two girls were staying. The neighborhood that the hotel is located in is clearly dangerous, and with all that you hear about kidnappings, my friend and I felt very unsafe staying there. Soon after, I called the front desk to inform them of what happened, and asked to be moved to a different Ramada (even if we had to pay more). The front desk receptionist didn't really seem to care and said he couldn't move us (since it was a franchise). I told him that we would not be staying there, and we'd find somewhere else on our own. He acknowledged this, and gave me the GM's email address so that I could inform him of this issue. I contacted him that night- and still have yet to receive any sort of response. Here's where the real nightmare begins- Once I returned home from the trip, I saw that the Ramada still charged me for all 4 nights. I'd understand charging us for the 1st night- but all 4?? Especially after what happened, this seemed a bit ridiculous. I called booking.com to resolve this (since I was never responded to by the GM) and they said it was near impossible to get ahold of the manager of this hotel. When they finally did get ahold of "Todd," he claimed that we stayed all four nights and checked out on the last morning. He said that according house keeping said our room was messy each morning and clearly stayed in...which is fairly disgusting because we never entered the room once. He also said that the front desk receptionists (two VERY scrawny, maybe 17yr-old boys) act as their security and claimed that they never saw anything happen. However, when asked to replay the security camera footage, Todd refused to...which leads me to believe they don't actually RECORD anything on their security cameras... I'd love to go into even more detail about how horrific this experience has been (I still have yet to receive any refund or even contact from the Ramada manager) but I'll spare you. Overall, just please stay away from this dump of a hotel. Don't let the Ramada name fool you- this place is nowhere near worthy of the name, and I'd give it negative stars if I could. The customer service has been a complete nightmare, and you may just get kidnapped in the parking lot. This place has given me the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had...and I never even got to see how terrible the room probably was.
"Terrible hotel, very poor customer service"

This hotel is not trust worthy. We booked this hotel (and five other hotels) a month in advance for our trip to the US through booking.com. Everything went well with all other bookings, until the check-in day of this hotel. I received an email from booking informing us that the hotel could not charge our credit card to secure the booking and that if we did not get back to them by 6pm, the booking would be cancelled. I rang the hotel at 3pm and was told that it had been cancelled a few days ago!!! No correspondence was made to inform us about that. No explanation, no excuse at all. The attitude of the receptionist was unacceptable! I requested to talk to his manager, but was refused. If you have ever booked a hotel near Disneyland Anaheim, you may know how busy they are during peak season. I could not find any other hotel through booking.com that had four nights available for us. We travelled a long way just to know that we would not have a place to stay. We were then lucky that the taxi driver was able to recommend another hotel for us, otherwise I do not know what we would have done. Did not recommend this hotel to any body!!!

This hotel offers "jacuzzi" rooms at a reasonable price. And fairly nice and "close" to Disney/Knott's. There's also some nice "collectibles" shops at the corner of the street if you that's your thing. Though I was never informed how to access the free wifi. This is something you think would be given to you at check-in, but it wasn't.

I like it...good value. Love breakfast ...the only thing I didn't like was the shower didn't had a separate floor or surface...it was only a drain on the middle of the bathroom and after taking a shower the whole room was how was flooded and the carpet soak and wet all the times..

Room was clean w/ no bad odors. Wifi almost non existant. Hot tub stopped working after the first night, beds hard, shower to short. Ac stopped working second night we were there, they moved us to a new room quickly. Breakfast consisted of waffles, fruit, juice, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, and danishes. Todd the desk clerk during the day was extremely helpful, friendly, and really tried to make our stay a good one. He was one of the best parts of our stay.
"4 Day Stay for Disneyland"
04/04/14 Eric S Anaheim
The hotel itself seems a little outdated. Our room flooded the 1st night and ruined some belongings of ours. I was told a couple times that the manager was not in the area the entire 4 days we were down there. I filled out a damaged property report and requested for a manager to call me to discuss ASAP. It has now been 5 days and no one has contacted me at all. Customer service was poor as the staff on site could not help me with anything including getting in contact with their manager. Will not be staying here again.

After arriving to find a run down room, getting past the old stale moldy smell of the room, waking up to bug bites. I checked out a night early. Oh but the manager isn't available and I still got charged for the two nights. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ramada should be ashamed to have its name on this piece of trash. And they have it listed as a 3 star hotel!! What a ripoff!!!
