    Very nice hotel, I felt upperclass here. Great customer service, beautiful rooms, nice and clean. Free continental breakfast for all family members, not your ihop but great for the hotel price. 711 next door and several fast food places near by. Beach just miles from here. I reccomend its a great place to stay for the price.

    Came to travel for Medical care near by. Got in late. Room was ready and check in quick and easy. Chose location for late arrival so I wouldn't have to go far and that worked out fine. Only complaint is no blackout curtains in room.

    I thought that the hotel was very clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub clean. Neighborhood not so great but that was not that big a deal. It's close to the airport, if that's where you need to be. There is a shuttle service that makes it convenient. Freeway is close also. I would stay here again, if needed.

    I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express many times. This particular hotel was not like the others. Staff was more concerned with chatting amongs themselves then guests at the counter. It was over an hour to get picked up from the airport after we called. The van did take me to budget rent a car in the morning, but the driver spent half the trip arguing […] with dispatch over how he was going to drop off and pick up the manager's personal dry cleaning.     I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express at LAX. The free breakfast was great, and the shuttle to/from LAX was convenient- just called the hotel upon arrival, and they come get you. The shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly, and even took us to a nearby, family owned Mexican restaurant for dinner, which was awesome!

However, I had to wait 20+ min for a hotel concierge to store my bags so that I could pick them up later when I went to LAX. Apparently the concierge is also the shuttle driver to the airport and I had to wait for him to return. Why the lobby staff […] 10 feet away (without another customer in sight) couldn't just take the bags so I didn't have to wait I do not know.     The hotel workers were just wonderful. When the manager saw me carrying in bags full of drinks he quickly asked them to send a fridge up to my room. The cleaning service was great every day.
