When I walked into the lobby I was overwhelmed instantly with the smell of "dirty ashtray". The outside of the hotel is run down and in desperate need of renovation. When we entered the room, it was a worse smell... musty and moldy. The sheets were yellowed and the room was run down. I WAS DISGUSTED. I RENTED A NON SMOKING ROOM. WHEN I WALKED IN IT REEKED OF SMOKE. THERE WAS CIGERETTE HOLES ON THE COMFORTER. THE BATHROOM WAS FULL OF MOLD THE VENTS WERE HANGING OUT OF THE WALL. I reserved the room for 8 days through hotel.com. After driving 14 hours I stayed with the intention of cancelling the remainder of my stay first tjing in the morning. Hotels.com said that I had to be refunded by hotel and hotel said that refund had to come from Hotels.com. My friends room had a leak from up stairs and hold mold over their towels as a result of it. We told the front desk and they new about it and said it would get fixed eventually. The water pressure was horrible it took forever to get shampoo out of our hair. The staff were fantastic. That makes all the difference when traveling. The woman who cleaned the rooms asked me if everything was all right or if i needed anything. The room was a good size with desk, dressers, microwave, fridge, and wifi. The only problem was that outside the rooms the walkway was trashy.

At a glance this hotel looks just fine but we spent a couple of days there and the more you saw the worse it got. When we first got there we checked into our Non-Smoking room and it didn't seem like a none smoking one. Air kept getting worse and within an hour we both had dreadful headaches. That lady at the counter was very nice and did switch us to […] another room. Toilet was leaking around the bottom. Everytime you sat on it it wiggled around. I needed to do my laundry, big mistake!! Put my laundry on one of the washers, added soap, put in the money and luckly I didn't push the coins in!! When I shut the lid to set the temps it had a note on the top that said it was out of order. Had to use the only other one and carefully get all my soap out of the machine. By the time I finished with the washer it was coming apart. On to the dryer. Had trouble getting it to work had to get the girl at the desk to help. Clothes weren't dry at the end of the cycle and I wasn't going to add another two dollars to finish. At first the hotel staff was very confused on whom was in their hotel. We did have an issue with one of the hotel maids she was very rude and pushy when it came to checking out of the room. The units are old and need updating. Lots of things in our room needed repairs. Our room tickets kept needing to be remade. It was a good thing we never stayed out past 10pm because that was when the office closed. We feel like they owe us some refund.

I reserved a no smoking room that had been heavily smoked in. I have allergies, especially to cigarette smoke. I was miserable most of the night and the day we left I had a severe migraine (which is what happens to me when I am subjected to cigarette smell for a prolonged period of time). The bedding was clean, but everything else had stains. The Floor, […] the chair , the couch, etc... I could see a ring around the bath mat in the tub also. Nasty! There was one lady at the front desk that was very nice, but the other front desk people seemed to care less about the problem. I got no real sympathy except the appology from the nice lady. I do not recommend this Hotel. The next time I go back to Easley (which we do at least 3-4 times a year) I will stay at the Comfor Inn across the street. I have yet to have any problems there. Let me say that the girl that helped me was so very nice and helpful. The location could not be better but the rooms shower had a literal hole in the wall. The linens had holes in them and the room smelled...not good.

Room was filthy. Had to get housekeeping up to change sheets and vacuum bed, sofa and floor. Food crumbs were all over the room. The sofa cushion had to be removed because it was so stained and soiled with what appeared to be pizza sauce. The toilet leaked so badly that the carpet was wet from the bathroom wall to the bed. I checked out of this motel 20 minutes after checking in. The room is very dirty. My toddler's feet were black after 10 minutes of walking on the carpet. The pillows and comforter were stained and had holes. Plus, various people were loitering outside my room and in the parking lot. Did not feel safe at all!
