This hotel has an incredible location 5 minute walking distance to the Riverwalk. Personnel is very courteous and the breakfast is outstanding! We have been here twice and will most definitely come back.

Very nice stay with the kids. Great location for the Riverwalk & not a bad drive to Seaworld. Only thing that wasn't available in room was an oven. People were nice.

One of our rooms was robbed, lost two iPhones and a Canon xti camera with two extended lenses during a 45 minute absence. The Residence Inn manager was very helpful and the hotel engineer disclosed that a "customer" key was used to open the door, however not one of the two issued to us. Afterwards, Marriots insurance summarily announced that they "saw […] no liability" for losses. Who else has a digital key to your room? every thing was good except the parking most or all the hotels dont charge for regular parking and this hotel charge me 25.00 dollars for it .and they said it was becouse they run out of parking lots they were full. i did not like that becouse no body told me that when i did the reservetion.

Since we had a family of four and we arrived right after river tubing we all showered and called to have more shampoo/conditioner/soap (very nice quality btw). I was worried that we would be too far from the Riverwalk, especially for my kids and my mother. It was perfect. The Alamo is all of 3 minutes away and the Riverwalk maybe 2 more minutes away. The only complaint I have is that our room seemed very damp, even with the A/C on full blast. Maybe it was up too high.

Hotel is very nice, did not like the fact of having to pay $24.00 a night to park car. Local dance club next door had the place thumping till 2:00 in the morning. Hotel is very nice and the staff are very accomidating. I personally would not get a hotel in any downtown area again.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was vey friendly and helpful. The only, and the biggest, complaint I had was the charge for parking/valets. $24 a day was a bit extreme. They were parked in a lot, not even a garage for that kind off money. We felt taken advantage of in that respect.

Great location and service for the price. All the staff, especially the front desk, were very accommodating. Location is a short walk from the Alamo and Riverwalk. The daily full breakfast was a plus.

Nice one bedroom suite with all the necessary kitchen equipment for a longer stay. Surrounding area was a little noisy at night but not enough to keep me awake. 5 minute walk from the Riverwalk and other attractions. Very good value.

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel . great location service etc and even though it had renovations going on didn't effect our stay . however the club next door kept us up on Saturday night till 230 . so I would reccomend it for other nights of the week .

The hotel was only a few blocks from the Alamo and the Riverwalk. It was very clean and the staff was most helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and there is even a dinner provided in the evening for hotel guests. We would most definitely stay again and recommend the Hotel to friends and family.
