"two nights in lower manhattan"
ExcellentGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Nothing special, you get what you pay for. Had some ghetto people yelling in the lobby both days we were thereGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Pool awesome I love that it was actually heated not like other heated pools that are still too cold to go into.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good if your staying for business or site seeing in the downtown area. But not much to do besides that. Hotel it self is great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Awesome view of WTC"
My husband and I loved our stay at the Millenium Hilton. We stayed in room 503 on the 48th floor. We were right in front of the Freedom Tower and overlooked the entire WTC site. The view was probably the best we'll ever have of NYC, overlooking the Hudson to NJ. During the day and at night it was absolutely breathtaking. The bed in the room was so comfortable […] it was like sleeping in a cloud. Hilton beds usually are, though. The rest of the room was pretty standard, nothing special but just fine. We did have a few glitches but nothing terrible. There was fruit left in the mini fridge from a former guest. The phone in the bathroom didn't work. We didn't care. However, it kept ringing and when I picked it up nothing happened. This happened quite a few times as the hotel kept testing it. That was bothersome. What was most troublesome was that one of our room keys didn't work from the start and the other one didn't work after using it the first time. A man was sent up and had to fix the lock on the door. Hilton sent someone up straightaway after we notified them of the problem. I have no complaints at all, really. I don't see this Hilton as a place for special events such as conferences. It seemed to me to be more of a place for tourists to stay for a few nights at most while sightseeing. Can't wait to stay there again. Suited our purposes perfectly. Awesome! Good Location! Nice rooms, with nice views!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good location in Lower Manhattan"
The staff here is friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and we had an amazing view of the Freedom Tower and the Hudson! All in all a great place to stay, and this was our second visit.Genuine Expedia guest review
"great hotel near the World Trade Center Memorial"
Always a great hotel and area to stay while working/visiting NYC. Much quieter than Times Square or Midtown. Amazing staff and the location is 2nd to none. You can't go wrong with a west facing window!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Amazing view, clean hotel"
We got a great deal on hotels.com. when we opened our blinds we were over looking the Hudson River, the Freedom Tower and where the new World Trade building Is being built. even though there Is construction, we didn't hear a thing. The staff was awesome. Very quick when we needed anything. They provide Peter Thomas Roth shampoos and soaps - love it. […] rooms were decent size, especially for NY. would absolutely stay here again. also the access points to the subways are very close. easy to get a cab also. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I've stayed in this Hotel ten times, each on a weekend getaway. The previous nine times were at or above expectations, but this trip did not meet that high standard. The quality of the room and the service were below the experience that I have had before. All in all, I think it it is still better than it's competitors in the lower Manhattan area, but […] I hope this decline is an aberration, and does not indicate a trend. "Directly across from World Trade Center"
Fast efficient staff. Larger than expected room size for a double double. Restaurant prices were reasonable for NYC. I would stay againGenuine Expedia guest review
"New York Relaxation Trip"
I had a wonderful time. The hotel was quiet and the staff very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I took the subway for the first time in my life and was quite surprised at how easy it was to get around with the help of the hotel staff. All of my needs were in walking distance, including a Whole Foods Supermarket. The Hotel was literally across […] the street from the 9-11 Memorial and Muesum, and a very short subway ride to Times Square. My room was clean and comfortable with a great view of Ground Zero and every evening I watched the sun set over the New York Harbor. This hotel was a welcome relaxing environment from the noise of the main stream Times Square area. I came home completely and totally relaxed!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect Weekend Getaway with Friends"
Check In and Check Out was a breeeze! The hotel is nice however the beds are very small in the double rooms. Be sure not to move any of the drinks in the fridge as you will get charge. if you need a small fridge, you can rent one for a small fee at the concierge. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location. I would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stain on the sofa"
I just think they could do a bit better at cleaning and trying to remove stains it was a damperGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great views, across from One World Trade Center"
I stayed in a junior suite with my friend and her son for two nights. The views are amazing. It costs a little extra for a room with a city view, so I opted not to go with that. I'm very glad -- I had an amazing view of the One World Trade Center and our hotel room directly overlooked the reflecting pool at Ground Zero. Our room was on the 28th floor. […] It had 1 king size bed, a couch, a chair, plus a desk and desk chair, and an in-room bathroom. The R subway line is literally steps from the hotel and the 1,2, 3 train is on the next block. Very easy to get to the subway. There is a lot of construction in the area, as they are building a new subway station. Some roads and sidewalks are closed, but still easy to walk around in the area. Very close to Wall St. Trinity church is on the next block. I would also recommend taking the Staten Island Ferry for amazing views of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. It's free and close to the hotel. Check-in time was 3 pm, but our room wasn't ready until almost 4. That was a little frustrating, but they changed our check-out time to 1 pm instead of noon to make up the difference. I loved this hotel! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"An oasis in the middle of the jungle..."
Loved it,can't wait to come back, and definitely would stay at Millenium HiltonGenuine Hotels.com guest review
My stay was Excellent. Everyone was very professional. The concierge was helpful in directed us to subways, to eating places, to the 911 museum which was basically around the corner. All was perfect and it was the best location to get to just about anywhere.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great price; good value"
I've stayed at the Millennium Hilton several times. If you are looking for a great location and a solid, positive experience - this is the place to go. For New York, it is also usually fairly priced. Pay attention to room service charges though - this tends to be on the higher side.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
love the view from my king suite. we stay 46 floor amazing view.very clean and organize, and love the staff personal.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to some of must-see sights"
Very good but little bit expensiveGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great view and clean rooms good attitude"
Just don't get the taxi the hotel recommends they will pick your eyes out they will not out the timer on taxi, they charged us 100 dollars at 4am to get to the airport we called the hotel to let them know what there taxi guys did and they didn't careGenuine Expedia guest review
"Roomy hotel in great location"
Can't say anything bad about our experience. Extremely spacious for a downtown NYC hotel. It's in a great location. Clean and great linens. Will definitely be staying here again!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Hotel staff could use a little work"
Hotel was great. Good location. Enjoyable. Only issue was that i felt the staff was extremely short and a little annoyed when communicating with me. People could of been having a bad day and i understand that but just thought i would voice my experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
Excellent hotel, service and rooms. We had double beds and a little small for 2 adults but super comfortable. The only flaw was there is a parking garage attached but must be a contract because they charged $65 to park. Otherwise would Definately recommend the hotel. Leave your car home.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Beautiful hotel with excellent views of the city. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed in a King suite on the 47th floor. The room was immaculate and the views could have commanded twice the price. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. Stay here you won't be disappointed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Location for seeing sites"
Hotel was nice, but had a non smoking room as requested that smelled of cigarette smoke terribly, very disappointed with that.I didn't complain because 4th of July weekend and Hotel filled. Staff was Ok ,not over helpful at all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Millenium. The staff were exceptional, they really made it feel more like a boutique hotel than a corporate Hilton. Luis, their concierge was fantastic and got our family set up with city tour and Matilda the musical. Reception and bellman were also extremely helpful! We stayed on the 53rd floor and had phenomenal […] views of the freedom tower and 9/11 Memorial. We really appreciated coming back to the hotel in the evening and the quiet of our room. It was near several subway stations and relatively easy to get to various attractions in the city. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was great; no complaintsGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Freedom Tower was right out our window. Great views of the memorial, especially when the construction gets done.Genuine Expedia guest review
A few things we were disappointed with was the price gouging for lunch, the hair left in our bathtub, the door knob falling off our bathroom door, and the ridiculous price to park of $95 for 26 hours! We were the only people in the entire restaurant from 12:15 to1:00 pm on Sat. Bill was $98 with tip for a very small piece of salmon , a burger and two […] glasses of wine. Online it said valet parking $55 per day. We stayed one night, left at 2:30 pm and were charged $95. Good location to walk to WTC, Battery park and Tribeca. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

This was my 5th or 6th stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing and the rooms are very clean. I will continue to stay here every time I'm in the Financial District.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"New York's Finest"
The Millennium Hiton at Church and Fulton is the best hotel we have stayed at in Manhattan, and we have been guests at the midtown Crown Plaza, Millennium UN and more. The employees at this Hilton have obviously been educated to understand the traveler's needs and desires so that their guests will want to return. Not only are the employees the finest--from […] the porters and doormen, to the front desk, lifeguards and maids--the rooms are spotless, the beds are exceptionally dressed and comfortable, and the air is cool and fresh, even in smoking rooms. The view is also worth noting as spectacular. For us the indoor pool was a lifesaver, too. It is beautiful and great for relaxation and exercise. The location is away from crazy midtown, but is only a subway or cab ride away, and right next to the 911 memorial, and very close to Southstreet Seaport, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Restaurants surround the area. We will return next year! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice, very well priced"

"Great Hotel in the City"

"Don't touch the snacks!!!"
Beware!! Do not touch the snacks. If you touch the snacks or drinks you will be charged for them. I'm serious. You can't even take a closer look for any reason. You sould be able to handle the product check nutritional information and see if you'd like to buy it. I found out my bill jumped up about $40 when I got home. "Perfect Location for 9/11 Museum"
If your in NYC just to see 9/11 locations this is the place to stay. Right across from Freedom Tower but due to construction a 2 block walk to Reflecting pool and museum. Lots of traffic so we used the hotel's valet parking and walked (parking expensive $55 per night). We were able to walk to the ferries to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. "one day stay"
i really dont know what to say about this hotel as far staying for one night. check in and check out was quick and simple. didnt have a problem at all. the view of the freedom tower was prefect. i didnt hear construction noise at all, as other review said. but one thing i can say is the iron. To me i felt like it needed a knew one. the water was dripping […] from the side and i felt it wasnt hot enough, but everything was right no issues at all besides from the iron. I booked my trip about a month and a half in advance. I was very excited to stay after seeing so many good reviews, I even booked the king deluxe suit facing the city figuring the extra money would be worth it. The staff at the desk greeted my husband and I with a smile, and she was very attentive and courteous. Have us our room keys and told us how […] to find our room. We arrived on our floor (floor 38) and the atmosphere of the hotel completely changed. You can tell it was older, unlike the lobby which was gorgeous. Once we got to our room and opened the door my jaw hit the ground. It was nothing like the pictures and description listed. The king bed barely fit in the room, there was no chair to lounge in, the bathroom had NO counter space and the view was nothing to brag about. After talking to the staff at the desk they said there was nothing the can do since we booked through hotels.com. Since we were in town for my husbands body building competition, the lack of room killed us. It might sound silly but there's a lot of stuff/items (especially prepped meals!) that we had to bring. If your looking for a spacious room, this is NOT the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Wall Street Weekend"
Great price for the weekend. Directly across from the Freedom Tower in the Wall Street district. $209 on the weekend, don't think I'd pay the $500 for the week. Nice bar and big rooms, by NY standards.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice, clean hotel."
Nice, clean hotel conveniently located near subway stations. Stayed on 53rd floor and noise was not a factor.Genuine Expedia guest review
