We got the king jacuzzi and it was better than i expected. The jacuzzi was huge, the bed was comfortable, for the money we paid i would highly recommend it. Breakfast wasn't much but it was something. Would stay here again...

The staff was wonderful. The room quite large and comfortable, but, at some point, someone had a cat in that room and the area at the head of the bed reeked of cat urine. The front desk was notified. Hopefully the situation will be rectified, and it will be a perfect room!

I thought I ordered a suite. I got 2 double beds. The room was very small. dirty towels were left in bathroom. People were partying in the parking lot. I was there alone with 2 grandchildren. I did not feel safe.

It's better than just a room to sleep and shower! The pool is heated. The staff is very friendly. The kids had a great time. It is an older hotel. There is a charge for the safe in the room. I am not picky when it comes to a hotel, so it means a lot for me to say that I'm very disappointed with this one. It's mostly because of the cleanliness of the room. There was a large spider web next to the front door, a large crack on the ceiling (ineffectively covered up with plaster), and what looked like mold in the bathroom. The long and short of it is that this hotel is conveniently located, is an affordable place to stay, and the staff was pleasant, but the hotel is "tired" and is is desperate need of repair. The place has out-lived its useful life expectancy and should be knocked down and rebuilt. Weather stripping missing around the exterior door, sink didn't drain, […] faucets that didn't turn off and plug recepticals were so worn out you had to hold the plug in the receptical while you used the item so the plug wouldn't fall out of the socket. Just out dated everything... Continental breakfast is included which is a plus, but it was tough, A suite which is like two regular motel rooms were used to host breakfast. Muffins, banana halves, orange wedges, toast, two cereal choices, milk and juice were available. Only two toasters...just was cramped and long wait for entire hotel to access for breakfast, but it was free. Again, staff was great, room was clean, breakfast was minimal but available for free, but you get what you pay for. This hotel has a niche and will suffice for budget travelers, but despite our limited budget, we'll be staying elsewhere next time. Read more

In all my years of travel, this was THE WORST place. First, not at all as pictured. Our room should have been lake view, was not. Dirty room, towels, and try to charge $10 for microwave that was suppose to be in room. Most TV channels in spanish; and customer service was horrible.
