This hotel has been around for a while and the elements are taking their toll. Woodwork needs some paint. The housekeeping dept. needs to do a better job cleaning. Our toilet was filthy. They were also inconsistant with filling the in room coffee supplies.

The hotel was very convenient to Pointe Orlando, restaurants and entertainment. Once we checked in we were able to walk to our destinations and not worry about parking and moving our car.

I would never stay here again! and recommend other do not either! first night - bugts in room, bit us changed room - then no hot water live roaches running by at Breakfast in the atrium called the front desk and the girl seemed aggrivated and ask me if it was a mosquito? Needless to say... stay was a disaster. I have stayed at Embassy's all over the country and never had a bad experience. This hotel should not be named Embassy. With so many choices in the Orlando area....this is certainly not a good one!!

The rooms were spacious, had extra sinks, provided a kitchen area, and even had flat screens with HD! The only problem was that wer did not have any hot water! Other than that it was a great stay for one night.

I've stayed at several Embassy Suites. This one is above average. Rooms are comfortable. Happy Hour is well attended (although drinks are small and snacks are limited). Free cooked-to-order breakfasts are available along with a nice selection of other breakfast items including fresh fruit and juices. The restaurant is small but quite good, especially for seafood. The salmon and crabcake special is exquisite. The shrimp and oyster plate with conch fritters is also quite nice. The airport transportation is pricy at over $40. Howl at the Moon piano bar is across the street along with several restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations.

This hotel features a very beautiful property and a "great feel" about it. The staff and management were eager to please and displayed excellent customer service> The Managers Reception in the evening was excellent and the morning cook to order breakfast was fantastic-go back as much as you like and portions were great. What a value for the price. Room spacious and very well-appointed. Facility and rooms very very clean. Located perfectly on I-Drive in Orlando for restaurants and theme parks-Will never stay anywhere else in Orlando!

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is on Intl drive within walking distance to many restaurants and night life as well as a short ride to Universal and Wet n Wild. I will definitely stay here again!

WE ARRIVED ON FRIDAY CHECKED IN RIGHT AWAY AND WENT TO THE FOOD SHOW. WE HAD STAYED THERE BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AS ALWAYS.ON SATUERDAY MORNING I ENDED UP WITH A NASTY EAR INFECTION.I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THE HELPED ME RIGHT AWAY. HE DOCTOR WAS AT MY HOTELROOM WITH IN THE HOUR, GAVE ME ALL THE MEDICINE I NEEDED.I WAS A GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND YOU WILL SEE ME AGAIN.

I didn't realise I would get charged for Wi-Fi connection for every day and got charged one extra day until I spotted it on the bill. It is certainly good value for a suite and the happy hour x2hrs is really good. The bar area needs some looking at, there is no atmosphere compared to the circular bar at the sister hotel around the corner on Jamaican Court. We did have to ask for extra coffee and milk which was supplied very promptly. The free newspaper in the morning is a nice touch and the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is right by the highway, so it is a little bit noisy in the rooms on that side. Shuttle service to parks is only once a day and the hours are not the best. Other than that, the hotel has a very friendly staff, clean rooms, great upkeep and service; in short it is an excelent value

I have not stayed in a hotel in a very long time and it took me awhile to pick one for my vacation this summer. I was very pleased with embassy suites and it exceeded what I was looking for. Everthing from the staff to the the beautiful room to the huge breakfast was amazing. Thank you for a great stay!

It was central to all the places that we were planning on going to. Within walking distance from Pointe Orlando. Just be aware that there are 2 Embassey Suites withing 1/2 mile apart so, yes, I did go to the wrong one.

Excellent location. Good parking. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast which was included in the price(loved it). Loved the early evening happy hour with free all you can drink(good drinks), nachos w/ salsa, and popcorn. Was a nice way to relax and socialize. Good dinner options with freshly cooked food. Needs improvement on dinning area service. Had a new waiter who was clueless to the menu items, specials of the day, and prices. Need better orientation to new staff. Room also was not cleaned on the second day of stay. Went out for about 6 hours and the room was still unattended when we returned. They did however send someone up withing 45 mins from calling to complain.

The hotel wasn't what I expected and for the price we paid. I had to go to Walgreens and buy bleach to clean the bathroom. There was urine on and around the toilet not to mention hair on the toilet, floor and tub. I really wasn't up to calling and talking to a manager I just did what I had to do. The bed was comfortable and the air was great they also had refreshments and drinks for the drinkers which was good but I just wasn't feeling this hotel.

The only real problem we had was we were expecting a king bed and got two full size beds. They told us that the rooms through 3rd party vendors continue being sold after they are actually gone at the hotel itself. We were not happy. They did offer us a certificate for another night's stay in the next year. Beware if the bed type is important. Breakfast was great. We forgot a baby blanket and they did find it for us that we much appreciated.

Great room for the price. Room could have been cleaner. (Crumbs around microwave and cabinet) Fire alarm beeped the first night but was fixed the next day after complaint. Very friendly, had a good stay.

There was only two things that feel out of the Embassy Suite customer satisfaction. First of all, the room we had was a bit smelly and musty. The air conditioner was not working properly. After a trip was made to the front desk, the desk clerk commented that the rooms were fine but I had seen a guest concern list that had several other guest concerned about a musty order in the rooms. The air conditioner was corrected which made the smell of the room better to relax in. Follow up was promised on some other information that I requested but it took me again to walk to the front desk when a call was promised. "The same desk clerk was working". Perhaps isolated issues. Great breakfast!!!! Great rate through Hotels.com!!!!

This hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed in. All the employees went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I was in town on business and came in around 7pm to discover a free happy hour until 7:30. I was supposed to have my room key to verify that I was a guest and instead of making me check in and drop my stuff off, they let me join in on the fun. Not only were there beverages, but fresh popcorn and chips and salsa. The following day, my tradeshow went late and we arrived back at the hotel at 7:45, hoping we could get one last drink, but saw that it was closed. A very friendly employee apologized but said he would ask the manager on duty if he could oblige just the one and Cody, the manager at the time, happily let us sit at the bar and enjoy our own private happy hour. The valet team and people at the front desk were very helpful with providing directions or suggestions on places to eat, as well as helping decide where I should spend a half day if I wanted to check out something "Disney." Everyone was so cheery and pleasant, very fitting for a hotel in a vacation destination! Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I will enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone!

My hotel stay was a wonderful experience. Although I only stayed for for one full day and one night, I was so pleased with the hotel staff, fantastic room/suite, and food that if I have a chance to return to Orlando, I would make another reservation at this hotel.

The location of this hotel is great close to every thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I was not pleased with was beds for the amount you pay I expected more comfort.

This stay was good as our Embassy Suite stays usually are. We always enjoy the breakfast! The hotel was older than we are used to and you could tell though.

"Only 1 shuttle time"

Just 1 shuttle drop off and pick up time to and from the parks. Not very convenient.
