Above average, very clean and maintained. Good location. Stayed on night on a motorcycle trip and got along very well. Good hot water. Good lighted parking lot. Easy access from highways and near the towns attractions.

I was staying 2 weeks at this property. One Sunday nite at midnite my smoke detector went off I have no idea why the entire buildings alarms sounded everyone left the building. The next day I was chged 75.00 for smoking and I dont smoke claiming something was burning in my room. Not true I was in bed sleeping at the time. Never will stay there again. Rude manager said it was my room so I pay.

Stayed here last weekend. We arrived late on Friday and Anthony checked us in quickly and was friendly. Comfortable beds and a very nice shower! Breakfast was fine for the price, free. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We were in town for two days in mid-June to attend a funeral and quickly needed to find a hotel. The 'Sleep Inn' at Naperville was recommended. We had never stayed at this chain so took a gamble. We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel, nice look to the room, and profession service we received. We requested a first floor room because of my wife's health issues and had no problem getting the perfect room for us. We needed food after a long drive and not eating all day and Cracker Barrel was perfect for our needs. We weren't in town for happy reasons but our stay at this hotel helped us stay more positive. If you are a typical, average, not incredibly picky traveler, we are confident you, too, would enjoy your future stay at the Naperville Sleep Inn. We had absolutely no problems and would return for sure if ever in the area again.

This hotel is alright for a quick overnight stay. There is only a Cracker Barrel nearby. No pool or lounge area. Typical breakfast. Room was clean but the bathroom door did not close all the way, got stuck. Janet was great at check in and very helpful with getting us good rate and taxi.

The check in was smooth, staff is helpful, courteous. I booked because I wanted to stay near naperville, the hotel is not extraordinary but worth as priced!! The Rooms were not big, but enough as I was alone on business! Clean, well furnished ! Service was good. Best part was location, a nice pond/lake near by gives pleasure if you wanna seat for a while and refresh!! I would recommend the place if one likes to stay away from noise and traffic.

First of all, someone misconstrued the title of my review of a hotel in downtown Chicago. I stated, "Expensive or "classy" doesn't always mean better". She wrote in her review that I said they are "not the same thing", and suggested staying at The Ritz if you want classy. What I meant, which I thought would be obvious, is that a hotel, no matter how luxurious it claims to be, doesn't mean a more pleasant experience. My stay at The Sleep Inn in Naperville is a prime example. If I had stayed at this hotel, even paid the same price for the same location as that "fancier" hotel in Chicago, my experience would have been better here. Check-in was pleasant and the reception even called my room a few minutes after I arrived to make sure everything was good. That has never happened to me at any hotel. As for the comfort and cleanliness of the room, I have no major complaints. The carpet had a few stains, but nothing I haven't seen before even in more expensive hotels. The furnishings were what I expected, and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to adjust the temperature in the room too. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was good. I accidentally overflowed my coffee cup using their automatic coffee machine, and the nice lady working in the breakfast area smiled and poured some out for me without making me feel like an idiot. Basically, if you want a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to sleep, this is a great choice. Sure it wasn't fancy, but I think one's experience weighs heavily on a hotel. My stay here was more pleasant than at that fancier "boutique" hotel. At least I didn't step on beads that fell out of a tacky end table. HAHA!

We knew, staying at a Sleep Inn, that the room wouldn't be extravagant. This hotel certainly met our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They were wonderful the entire time we were there. Kudos on your staff. Our room was upgraded (not sure from what exactly - we booked a king and had a king with no obvious additions). Our king room was nicely appointed with all the furniture you would expect. However, the room was extremely small. We were able to move about, but luggage storage was an issue. We were crowded with our luggage. The bed was comfortable and the linens were very soft and new. Room was quiet. Despite the proximity of the bed to the door and that, if you were in the hallway, you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was standard fare for this chain. The breakfast staff was friendly and talkative. Oh, and the cookies were fresh when we checked in. Delicious. The bathroom was tiny. Our toilet had a bit of disrepair and could really have used a new toilet seat. The shower stall was large (there is a circular wall which enclosed the shower, had it not been for the extended shower stall, this bathroom would have been unacceptable to us). The sink is outside in the room, and seemed to be newly upgraded. Important to us while traveling: WiFi - this hotel had excellent, free wifi. HDMI ready TV: New television so this worked well for us. Water pressure in the shower: fantastic. We would stay here again. Downside: room was extremely small. It is clear they have been updating however, the soffits were still separating at the ceiling and our toilet seat needed to be replaced. Perhaps there is a bit more work to be done? Excellent room and we would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel during sub zero weather in January. My rental car would not start. I went inside to call both AAA and the car rental company to see which would come sooner - the guy at the desk let me borrow one of their phones in addition to my cell. As soon as the desk clerk, Alpete, heard what I was doing - he made a call to borrow jumper cables. Within 10 minutes - in sub zero weather - he personally went out and got my car going! In addition he absolutely refused to take any money for his trouble. I already appreciated the comfortable beds, good pillows, clean rooms, fridge and microwave, free breakfast and quiet room. I doubt I will stay anywhere else when on business in Naperville. And on top of that the price is great!

Very clean and neat hotel, good, attentive staff. Well done room and amenities. Good towels, pillows and sheets. Well done breakfast and breakfast room attendant. Good location for the Chicago burbs with east access to interstates. Overall a very good stay and value!
