Buen balance por el precio y ubicación para las compras en AuroraGenuine Hotels.com guest review
値段が安い割には朝食サービスもあり、良かったけど、周辺にお店が少ないのと、シカゴ市街地からは遠い。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The check in was smooth, staff is helpful, courteous. I booked because I wanted to stay near naperville, the hotel is not extraordinary but worth as priced!! The Rooms were not big, but enough as I was alone on business! Clean, well furnished ! Service was good. Best part was location, a nice pond/lake near by gives pleasure if you wanna seat for a while and refresh!! I would recommend the place if one likes to stay away from noise and traffic.

First of all, someone misconstrued the title of my review of a hotel in downtown Chicago. I stated, "Expensive or "classy" doesn't always mean better". She wrote in her review that I said they are "not the same thing", and suggested staying at The Ritz if you want classy. What I meant, which I thought would be obvious, is that a hotel, no matter how luxurious it claims to be, doesn't mean a more pleasant experience. My stay at The Sleep Inn in Naperville is a prime example. If I had stayed at this hotel, even paid the same price for the same location as that "fancier" hotel in Chicago, my experience would have been better here. Check-in was pleasant and the reception even called my room a few minutes after I arrived to make sure everything was good. That has never happened to me at any hotel. As for the comfort and cleanliness of the room, I have no major complaints. The carpet had a few stains, but nothing I haven't seen before even in more expensive hotels. The furnishings were what I expected, and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to adjust the temperature in the room too. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but it was good. I accidentally overflowed my coffee cup using their automatic coffee machine, and the nice lady working in the breakfast area smiled and poured some out for me without making me feel like an idiot. Basically, if you want a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to sleep, this is a great choice. Sure it wasn't fancy, but I think one's experience weighs heavily on a hotel. My stay here was more pleasant than at that fancier "boutique" hotel. At least I didn't step on beads that fell out of a tacky end table. HAHA!

We knew, staying at a Sleep Inn, that the room wouldn't be extravagant. This hotel certainly met our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They were wonderful the entire time we were there. Kudos on your staff. Our room was upgraded (not sure from what exactly - we booked a king and had a king with no obvious additions). Our king room was nicely appointed with all the furniture you would expect. However, the room was extremely small. We were able to move about, but luggage storage was an issue. We were crowded with our luggage. The bed was comfortable and the linens were very soft and new. Room was quiet. Despite the proximity of the bed to the door and that, if you were in the hallway, you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was standard fare for this chain. The breakfast staff was friendly and talkative. Oh, and the cookies were fresh when we checked in. Delicious. The bathroom was tiny. Our toilet had a bit of disrepair and could really have used a new toilet seat. The shower stall was large (there is a circular wall which enclosed the shower, had it not been for the extended shower stall, this bathroom would have been unacceptable to us). The sink is outside in the room, and seemed to be newly upgraded. Important to us while traveling: WiFi - this hotel had excellent, free wifi. HDMI ready TV: New television so this worked well for us. Water pressure in the shower: fantastic. We would stay here again. Downside: room was extremely small. It is clear they have been updating however, the soffits were still separating at the ceiling and our toilet seat needed to be replaced. Perhaps there is a bit more work to be done? Excellent room and we would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel during sub zero weather in January. My rental car would not start. I went inside to call both AAA and the car rental company to see which would come sooner - the guy at the desk let me borrow one of their phones in addition to my cell. As soon as the desk clerk, Alpete, heard what I was doing - he made a call to borrow jumper cables. Within 10 minutes - in sub zero weather - he personally went out and got my car going! In addition he absolutely refused to take any money for his trouble. I already appreciated the comfortable beds, good pillows, clean rooms, fridge and microwave, free breakfast and quiet room. I doubt I will stay anywhere else when on business in Naperville. And on top of that the price is great!

Very clean and neat hotel, good, attentive staff. Well done room and amenities. Good towels, pillows and sheets. Well done breakfast and breakfast room attendant. Good location for the Chicago burbs with east access to interstates. Overall a very good stay and value!
"Dirty, poor service, toxic smoke fumes"

I intended to stay 11 days but left after two. I couldn't breathe in the room, the carpet and furnishings were so filled with smoke. Carpet was filthy. It is a one man show. A breakfast kitchen helper is not hired unless 25 rooms or more rooms are occupied. I would have left immediately but they did have WTTW PBS and I wanted to watch the last episode of a series on Masterpiece Theatre. Wi-Fi okay, automatic front doors okay. bed linen was okay after I took off the bedspread. Daily cleaning is only done if you ask for it. Breakfast had no corn flakes .Except for the price for a long term stay-- one week or more, the rest was abysmal, causing me to flee to be able to breathe.
"Good especially if you're looking to beat Chicago prices"
Was looking to beat traffic out of the city and avoid high priced hotels in Chicago. Very decent property, clean and comfortable. Rooms were a little small but can't complain for the price. Would probably stay here again if I was looking to head west out of Chicago again.

To see my wife's orthopedic surgeon in Winfield we chose to stay at a nearby hotel -- this one is a hidden gem! Friendly staff, CLEAN room, comfortable beds, a nearby pond with a walking path, better than average hot breakfast (although they ought to offer scrambled eggs, rather than those round egg things), and waffles would have been appreciated. That having been said, this is an EXCELLENT value for the $$ and easy access to main roads and Interstate definitely helps. This will be our stop each time we come to see the surgeon for the wife's check-up.
"Quiet and Comfortable"

I was in town for a conference. My room was quiet, and cool in the midst of a terrible heat wave. The bed was comfortable, and the staff very friendly. Even the free breakfast was better than average. For the price, it was a great place to stay.

The stay at this Sleep in was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a very good selection of items. All were good except for some round egg patty ‘thing’. They have to go. I do need to make a comment for those unfamiliar with the location. This Sleep In can be difficult to find. This Sleep Inn sets back about 150 yards from Diehl Road itself and there is no signage on catch your attention. I did have to ask the clerk about the lack of signage at the turn in. I was told that the city of Naperville would not allow it due to some of their regulations. If that is so, then the city is definitely not supporting the business community like they should. So be sure to look for the sign on the building itself.
