I got to the hotel late, and when i arrived, the front desk attendant informed me that my room was already occupied but he could give me the only room left available. I was so tired that i agreed. When i got to the room, there was dog hair all over the couch, a terrible smell, and nothing worked including most ights and the microwave. There were cigarette […] burns in the sheets. The service is very very good. Although the facilities is quite old and there is some smell in the room, it is quite comfortable and enjoyable to stay. I am very satisfied for this hotel given the price.

Beware you may not have the reservation you think you have. Expedia confirmed 2 rooms for 4 people. When we checked in we had a room capable of 4 people and a room only capable of 2 people. The AC and Refigerator were haunted. We could not turn off the AC system.

for the cost it fit our needs but a little tlc could go a long way to make this location top notch. The motel is a little dated and the bed sheets had burn holes in them. we did find the location a plus and the service was good at the desk but it would have benn great to know that no room cleaning is scheduled for anything under a six day stay. You could tell that it had been used as a home by the wear on the carpers and such. The staff were nice and the place was clean. The hotel hasn't been updated in years but everything worked well. Full size refrigerator and stove. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Pool looked nice, although I didn't use it. I wanted a good value and this was.

We stayed one night on our way to Nashville. The staff was unbelievably friendly, the room was clean, and wow - what a great rate for a studio with a kitchen! No issues at all. This is not a luxury stay for sure, but for a basic, bare bones hotel, it was perfect! Close enough to Graceland, Sun Studio, Civil Rights Museum, etc.

We were in Cordova for a baseball tournament and the hotel is close to fields and anything else you may need - groceries, restaurants, department stores, fun center for kids. The staff was very helpful, We checked in and when we came back down the girl at the front had printed us out directions to the sports complex. Our room was clean and had pull […] out couch. The kitchen had everything you needed in it - dishes, pots, pans. I would recommend you bring your own pillows though. For the price of the room we stayed in, it was well worth it. The hotel is not the best hotel I have ever stayed at. But the accommodations for the price are great. I stayed there for 5 days. There is a full kitchen with bowls, plates, cups, silverware and pots/pans. It was in a decent part of town and close to I-40. The only real issue I had was the fire alarm went off several times during my stay. They were […] all false alarms. You also have to pay for internet access (wireless) This is one price for the entire duration of your stay. There is also a pool on site, however I did not use it. There are also laundry facilities on site. Also there is an Aldi store next door where you can get cheap groceries for your stay. Read more

I needed to economize and needed a room for 6, so I tried Studio Plus. I made a bad decision. I stayed in 3 on the way to Florida and back to Oklahoma. The only place that seemed to get the concept of cleanliness and maintenance was the one in Tallahassee, Florida. The staff at Cordova was wonderful, we even got a hug and candy when we arrived after […] midnight. They tried to help us get sheets etc. but the whole system is in trouble. There is no maintenance, the maids don't understand cleanliness, so what difference does it make if the staff tries to counter all the problems. The carpets need to be cleaned, the furniture needs cleaned and repaired. We were very eager to get out and get on the road again. I kept thinking what a great concept, but where is the owner? Each location needs checked for maintenance and cleanliness. The hair dryer filter was covered in lint, the hair dryers won't last much longer. I know it's not my problem, but it was while I was staying there. Please, someone help Studio Plus be a clean maintained hotel. Read more

This was a very nice hotel. Coming up to the hotel, it looks a little smclose to all but the rooms are very nice in size. There are two beds and a let out couch and a full working kitchen. The hotel is conviently located close to clothing store, grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay.

We were just staying one night and wanted to stay as inexpensive as possible. THe are is safe and close to the mall and lots of shopping and eating establishments. Bed was a little firm but we slept ok. It's a little older of a building and it shows, but for the price and just one night it was fine.

Cordova Studio Plus is alright to stay for a day or so. The entrance is hard to find, the room was clean, nice with appliances. If you book, some of the staff get you confused with another roomer. I believe that is a management problem. If you call the front desk, make sure you get the name of who you spoke to so you can prove you paid for the room […] through another booking company. I was in Memphis for business and it was my second stay at this location. It leaves much to be desired. I don't require a lot of extras, only cleanliness. Both stays I had to remove hairs from the bathtub and sink area. I thought I could sleep on a rock until I had their beds.... Well, I may be able to sleep on a rock but not those lumpy beds.
