out of value="10""Very close to DNA LOUNGE!"
Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 4, 2009
We stayed at this hotel for its proximity to the DNA LOUNGE as we were going to two shows there for our stay. We did not want to be wandering too far in unfamiliar territory so this was great. Withing 2 blocks of the lounge, which is a great venue by the way. One complaint, I did request a non-smoking room and at first we got stuck in a smoking room, which if you don't smoke is like a DEATH SENTENCE! I mean the room was absolute HELL. Within 1.5 hours the desk dude had straightened it out, so alls well that ends well. Kudos to him for fixing it! He also assisted us by calling us a shuttle to the airport too. A great stay. San Francisco was wonderful and this is just a few blocks from Market Street so we were pretty centralized.

Room certainly should not cost more than it did. While service and location at the hotel was fine, the room itself was a little dingy and linens could have been cleaner (long black hair on the blanket bed). Should upgrade on towels and they reminded me of those I used in the military...

Not exactly a family-oriented neighborhood, but fine for singles. Nothing fancy but definitely adequate.

out of value="10"""Hotel correct et agréable pour un court séjour""
Reviewed by A of Nice on Sep 24, 2009

out of value="10""prima voor dit soort vakantietrips"
Reviewed by T of Oss on Apr 3, 2008
