I stayed at the Comfort overnight to catch an early morning flight using their shuttle service. The room was very clean and quite comfortable at a very affordable price. I would definitely have no qualms about staying there again.

The hotel was older. The first room they put us in the air conditioner had no vent on the top. We turned it on and it sounded like a jet engine and then the whole front fell off. We have paid cheaper prices for hotels with coupons and stayed in better rooms than this one. We had to place a chair up against the air conditioner so it would not rattle when it ran so we could get some sleep. The TV reception was on and off and not very many channels to select from. The breakfast was good.

I really don't know how the sheets made it this far..... The thinnest sheets we've ever experienced on a bed. The TV left something to be desired as well. An old tube type that should have been replaced years ago. It did work though. Perhaps if they took about 3 nights lodging they would have enough to replace it with a flat screen. The stay was adversely effected by my final dealings with an employee while trying to get a cup of coffee before I left to catch my flight. Booked the room through hotels.com over the phone to make sure it was clear that we wanted the park and fly option (website indicated that the service was offered but it wasn't clear if the online rate included it). After booking we were of the understanding that the rate we were paying included shuttle to and from airport as well as leaving the car […] parked at the hotel during our trip. Thought that it was clear that the room rate did include shuttle service, but upon check-in was informed by the hotel staff that the rate we were being charged did not include the airport shuttle. The hotel wanted $37 more for the shuttle service. Opted to just drive ourselves to the airport and pay the economy parking rate as it wasn't that much more money and was more convenient. Not sure if this was an issue with hotel management or hotels.com, but was disappointed. The hotel itself was okay at best. Clean but older. Staff was not very friendly. Read more

Overall the hotel was fine. Close to the airport and right off 465. A little tough to find at first. Thank God for gps. It hides behind the Sleep Inn. But the most bizarre part was the fact that I believe this hotel is haunted. I woke up at 6:55am to the sound of hissing. The sink and the shower were both running full blast cold water. I can't explain […] it. The heat was on high yet I was freezing. The temperature in the room was warm but I felt very cold and not alone. When I asked if anyone was there I heard a tapping sound as if someone was tapping on the heater. I didn't feel endangered or anything but I could not explain the water running on its own. I was concerned after reading the other reviews...but this is a nice hotel. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and my kids loved the pool. Comfortable, clean, and helpful staff. Breakfast was sufficient wtih a variety of items. Good, free parking. TV needs updating. Football Bowl games were not enjoyed fully because the TV is out of date--fuzzy, unclear! Despite the disappointmennt of not watching "clear" TV, will return to hotel.

Tho this hotel is an older building, it is very well kept and remodeling is shown everywhere. We picked it for the indoor pool. The pool is an older pool, but the water was beautiful. This Comfort Inn was conveniently located next to the highway we drove in on. It was a very short and easy drive to downtown Indianapolis. Let me share a short story. Stayed at the Comfort Inn last year. Had car trouble leaving town after checkout and sent the wife and kids back to the hotel via cab as we all couldn't fit in the tow truck. Didn't want the family to have to hang out at the repiar shop. Long story short, the staff at the Comfort Inn welcomed them to hang out there, fed the […] girls supper and took care of them until I got the repairs made. Annoying music playing in the hall outside my room. Breakfast buffet was meager. There were no restaurants near hotel. TV was old bad picture and sound. Air conditioner was loud.
