"Great Customer Service"
I was overly impressed with the service I received when arrving and for the great service.then department from this motel. I am in a wheelchair and the woman at the desk assissted me in everyway possible. Thanks
"cheyenne hotel"
I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The first room we were given had not been completly cleaned. The second room we were given the entrnce door was broken and would slam shut. I had to place a towel along the base of the door to keep the cold wind out. At breakfast there was very little to choose from. I will not choose this hotel again

"Not worth it"
The hotel is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. The pool was full of dirty brown water. Good thing we weren't going swimming. We had no remote control for the TV. When we called the front desk to request one, they said they would bring one right to our room, but we never got it. The room was run down and not very comfortable. "Bring in the Bulldozer!"
The llinens were clean and the bed was comfortable. Beyond that it was all negative. The lock in the door was actually falling out of the door. The edges of the room were filthy, the sink was stained, the continental breakfast at 8:30 am was a pitcher of warm milk, a picture of warm orange juice, one individual size box of fruit loops, a partial bag […] of cheerios, 1/3 loaf of bread and a toaster. WOW! Was I impressed? Not hardly. The lobby was cluttered and dark and the office help was "there" only. This place is absolutely ready for the bulldozer. Read more
"No no no, don't stay here"
We have been in 20 states traveling this summer and this was the worst hotel of them all. I'm surprised they are able to be listed on hotels.com, surely there must be some minimum standard. For some reason Cheyenne has higher than average hotel prices... But saving a few bucks by staying here was a mistake....dirty, needing paint pretty much everywhere, […] breakfast was one old pot of coffee with a couple of dried up pastries on a tray, seriously! We reserved this room fairly last minute for the Cheyenne Frontier Days. It was a "regular" hotel room and we paid quite a bit of money for it, which I expected since it is very close to the Fairgrounds. The front desk staff handled a customer that wanted a room "with no sun" pretty well since all of the rooms were going to have sun at some point. My […] only real complaint was the TV button was pushed inside the plastic on the TV and the remote didn't work. We had to use a pen to turn the TV on. "Awful, filthy motel - avoid at all costs"
Parking lot was muddy with potholes, trash and bottles everywhere. When we got in our room the TV was on, there was no remote, and the off button had broken off! My wife did not feel safe at all. It is in the middle of nowhere and there were unsavory people drinking and loitering about outside. Avoid!!!
Room was clean, but didn't feel safe at this motel. The walkways and stairways were narrow and had poor lighting. The parking lot was not well lit either.
"Hotel Needs renovation"
I am very disappointed in this makeshift hotel, you should take this one off your list of places to stay at. The sink was extremely dirty, the shower looks like it was patched up. The rug is dirty the bed sheets, blankets and pillows smell. Tell the Hotel management that they need to do some tye of renovation of this place . There are large pot holes […] in the driveway. "Cheyenne, Wyoming"
If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel that will suit your basic needs, this will work. They now have waffles in their continental breakfast, which they did not before.
"Close to the Rodeo"
We were in Cheyenne for Frontier Days and were able to walk to the fairgrounds which is exactly what we were looking for. We were albe to check in to our room at noon (check in is at 3) so we were able to make the start of the Rodeo, and did not have to return until the end of the night. I had low expectations of the hotel based on previous reviews. […] The lobby was worn down and old. The exterior of the hotel was also terrible. Our ironing board in the room was stained the remote control did not work. But the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. We did not use the showers, but we did hear that the hotel ran out of warm water around 8:30am. Read more
"Rodeway Inn - great location for CFD Rodeo"
Believe this was everything I expected from a 2.5 star hotel. Check in was slow - had trouble finding reservation and were also int he process of checking in bus travelers since this hotel is also a Greyhound Bus Stop. Only real problem was the air conditioner didn't keep the room very cool but other than that it was fine. Building needs up dated to 2009. Staff was very nice, helped with directions and just very friendly.
