Our family was very pleased with our stay at Sedona Real Inn and Suites. We were enjoying Sedona so much that we extended our stay by one day. Because the Thanksgiving weekend was busy, the hotel had only a suite available. So, we had the opportunity to stay in both the usual room and the suite. If you can afford the suite, go with the suite. Much more […] spacious with a fireplace and great view. We would definitely stay there again. Only two small issues. The room we stayed in, the two queen beds were not level which made us sleep with our heads lower than our feet. It wasn't awful but should be corrected for comfort and health. The other was that the hot tub jets sputtered. That's it, just those two small items. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, the free breakfast was satisfying with many options and the room and suite was very comfortable. For the price this hotel is a very good deal. Very clean, well kept on the outside. I only stayed one night and did not have a chance to use the pool. The view that you see online is only from the pool area. Most rooms do not have a view of the mountains. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection but is typical of this type of food.(nothing to […] get excited about) The food resembles that of La Quinta Inn breakfast. I would probably look for a place to eat breakfast next time and skip the complimentary breakfast offer because I am sure that amenity is built into the price of the hotel stay. The location was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was really uncomfortable - it was hot and stuffy and the beds were awful. We could feel the springs coming through the mattress and the pillows were flimsy. It was difficult to sleep and we woke up extremely early. We actually checked out early and switched hotels.

The Sedona Real Inn & Suites is a nice alternative to the pricer hotels around town. The room was comfortable and clean but being next to a major road allowed for some traffic noises in our room. The only reason I marked down the condition and upkeep of this hotel was that guests had left a couple of food boxes in the refrigerator, and the food was rotten. I simply recommended to the hotel staff on their evaluation card that housekeeping be asked to check the refrigerators as part of the cleaning to find items that had been left and needed to […] be removed. Otherwise, the facility was immaculate, very quiet, and the bed was soooo comortable. The staff was very nice. The room was a bit dated but well maintained and clean. Thought it was weird that they were very strict in documentation and sign in that no pets allowed but people were walking dogs all over the property! We stayed in 410 and the wireless did not reach my room adequately enough to access it with my work laptop which annoyed […] the heck out of me. I had stuff to do!! I had to go elsewhere to get access. If you only want a suite with no frills, then this place will be fine. But if you need wireless, make sure they know not to put you in room with weak signals. My husband and I loved Sedona! The hotel staff was very helpful in giving us directions and suggesting activities for the three days we were visiting. The room was large and clean. The bed was very firm (and I prefer a softer bed). If I were visiting Sedona again, I would definately stay here a second time.

All in all, a good selection for the price. Room was clean and larger than most for the price. Breakfast selection and quality very good. Room had no patio, missed having an outdoor space to sit it the evenings.

The hotel is very clean and has nice upgrades. Overall a great place to say. The only downside to our stay was the A/C. The first night it took hours to cool the room to a comfortable level and the A/C is very loud, quite often waking us up through out the night. Other than that the place is very nice.

The hotel is aged and needs to update their room furnishings. Our room faced an inside corridor and or window faced the other building and we had to keep our curtains closed because people could walk by and look in our room. Absolute terrible location. Especially for Sedona, which is known for it's beautiful views, and we could not even open our curtains! […] At breakfast the next morning it was so crowded we could not find a table - not even outside. So we had to eat standing up. We went golfing the next day and came back at 3:30 to get ready to go to a BBQ, and our room had not even been cleaned yet!! One of our worst hotel experiences. More like a motel than an inn.The property is two floors and the room is access from the outside. It's an older property with newer furnishing. Room is spacious but walls are PAPER THIN. After a long day of driving and hiking, we went to bed at about 10:30pm We had a first floor room. Our next door neighbor had their TV pretty loud where we can hear […] what channel they were watching. We figure they would probably go to bed by 12am however they never turned off the TV! It was on all night. Then the people who stayed in the room above us was stomping on the floor and being rowdy until 1am. It took couple phone calls to the front office for the stomping to stop but they did not do anything about the TV noise. We think they were busy dealing with the people upstairs that they forgot the TV noise. Very disappointed at the motel. Will not stay there again. Read more

When I checked in, I was given a room that I found unacceptable; it was very dark with only one window facing a concrete wall just a few feet away. I asked to be changed; then was given a very nice room, newly renovated. The road noise woke me up at 6am. Nice room but no ambiance to the hotel. Very disappointing for Sedona.

Pretty decent for the price. Stayed in the king corner suite that had a view of Thunderbird mountain. Free breakfast was really ordinary/average at best. Overall good place if you want affordable comfort that is a step up from a typical 2.5-3 star hotel/inn like a Hampton inn or similar.

I only stayed one night. The pool area was not well lit but the size was great and the water temp was also very comfortable. The room was just too small and your basic room but what I disliked was the extra loud air condition. I don't like rooms where as soon as you walk in, you are walking into the bed.
