    Our first evening and night there was so satisfactory that we cancelled a night at Middle Breach Lodge in Tofino to stay another night at your motel and then met our relatives over breafast in your restaurant the next morning. It was all very impressive and we thought your staff where especially helpful.

    The staff were very accomodating. When I booked over the phone there was a major communication error and the booking was incorrect. The staff did their utmost to accomodate us and we got what we needed. Thank you.

    The Hospitality Inn was just fine for cleanliness and comfort. You are in Port Alberni so you should manage your own expectations accordingly. The room was plain and simple but the bed was very comfortable. The sink could have used some drain-o! Anyway, it fit what we needed and the location was very central to everywhere we needed to be.
