Although there are construction trucks all around for an adjacent property, you are not in any way inconvenienced inside. rooms, breakfast and staff are great. the right location for traveling north or south on 15. cannot miss it and easy access.

Girls at front desk were excellent. Were friendly and very accommodating. Seemed to enjoy what they were doing. There was a lot of construction around, parking was adjusted but it worked out okay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. 24 hour coffee and cookies were excellent.

Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful; cookies in the looby were great. Parking lot development is underway and will be nice when finished but I was able to get in and out with no difficulty. Location is right on hwy 15 and close to the main action in Selinsgrove area at large.

We stayed here one night to attend a family reunion. Our room was on the 1at floor, adjacent to the (small) pool, and close walking distance to the front of the building, the reception desk, and the breakfast room. Our TV remote control wouldn't change channels, so a housekeeping person quickly came to change batteries. That didn't do the trick, but […] we found we were able to get to different channels by punching in numbers. We could never get warm/hot water from the bathroom basin, although the shower water was nice and hot. The breakfast room was HOT...they had 2 fans in there, but it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice- scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breads, make your own waffles, etc. More than adequate. The housekeeping lady working our section was really sweet gave us extra shampoo, a toothbrush and toothpaste that one of us forgot, and with a smile! Read more

The Comfort Inn at Selinsgrove was on my radar since minute one of the hotel shopping process - I believe that every hotel is different and just because it is in a specific brand doesn't mean that it will fit the others. I was planning on travelling to nearby neighborhoods (Sunbury, Lewisburg, and Northumberland) to see family and while this wasn't […] the closest hotel to those areas, it was the closest to the main drag to leave as heading to the airport was easiest this way. Getting in and out of the hotel is somewhat confusing which will take a few minutes to figure out as the closest intersection to enter the hotel was a no U-Turn intersection, merely making a left at this light will take you to the back entrance of the hotel, but I was not immediately aware of this. Checking in was a breeze the team at the hotel is very efficient. The room was VERY clean with "upgraded" appointments from a usual hotel room, I absolutely LOVED the bathroom with its' decor. Didn't have time to check out the pool or breakfast but they were offered to my family during our stay. The hotel overall was clean, it was not a 5-Star Luxury hotel but it didn't promise to be that - the only problem I had with the hotel overall was it's location - a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars. Room was very comfortable and the temperature control was easy to maintian a cozy atomsphere. The continental breakfast was okay. There was plenty of food and coffee. We did not have a chance to use the fitness center, but itwas clean and looked well maintianed. When visiting family again, we would cetainly consider staying with you again.

This hotel definitely gives you more for your money, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are huge and comfy. The hotel staff is very kind, and always willing to assist you. The rooms were a tad warm, but that was my only nit pick. I would most certainly recommend to any one staying in the Selinsgrove Area

This hotel was clean and conveniently located for a recent trip from central NY to the Washington DC area. Most importantly, it allowed pets. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Our daughter attends Susquehanna University and we have stayed her about 3 or 4 times - when College hunting and this past time, for Parent's Weekend. We wanted something near the school, comfortable and clean and not too expensive. The staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast is very good.

This is a nice hotel and everything about my stay was good, with two exceptions. I stayed in a non-smoking room on the second floor. All the surrounding rooms were non-smoking, too, but the hall REEKED of cigarette smoke and I could smell it in the room. I put a damp towel at the bottom of my door to help keep the odor out. There seems to be a ventilation […] issue. Also, we were taking my daughter to college and had 50 lb. bags, some with expensive stuff I would have preferred not to leave in the car. But there's no elevator to the second floor, so I took my chances, The area's OK, had no problems, but an elevator would've been nice. Otherwise, this is a good place. Service was pleasant. Hotels were booked in the area due to the college move-in, and I overheard the desk clerk trying to help a couple looking for a room. Thought that was kind and I appreciated the genuinely nice people who served us at the hotel. The breakfast was basic "continental" but featured "make your own" waffles, which were delicious, and boiled eggs for carb-conscious folks. Read more

I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The room was clean, but had a faint smell. The rest of the hotel was very clean. I had a HUGE problem dealing with hotels.com, however. I wold recommend booking directly with this hotel.
