Nice place. Walking distance to metro. If you do not have heavy suitcases then take the metro from Airport instead of cabs. Great spread for Breakfast buffet. We had a suite. Only one bathroom. An extra half bath would be prefect or at least an extra sink (instead of a lot of cupboard space). Friendly and helpful staff.

Close to shopping, restaurants, and must-see sights. The free wireless made this a productive business trip. The breakfast was good, the staff speak English, and there is always a taxi available. The mini-fridge, although plugged in, wasn't cold. My coworkers noticed the same thing in their rooms. When I pulled the mini-fridge out to see if it was plugged […] in, it was evident the fridge was rarely cleaned under/behind. Otherwise the room was immaculate. The water pressure was excellent. We stayed in this hotel to be close to the Bernabeu stadium and it really worked out well. It was only a 10 miute walk to the stadium and after the game was over we had no trouble in getting back to our hotel. The hotel was very modern and clean. The breakfast choice was excellent and the staff were very friendly. we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a quality hotel when it comes to comfort, food and it's close to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The "free wifi" is only 128k speed. My phone was faster! Staff seemed to think that was acceptable. Not in my book for a 4* hotel. They gave me a code for a faster speed after I insisted. Other than that, a really nice place to stay.

August 2011, we stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and one of the main purposes was to use the SPA facilities. Unfortunately, by the time we checked in we were informed that the SPA service was temporally shut due to repairs and we were really disappointed. We were not informed or advertised this in any of the websites by the time we made the booking […] otherwise we wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Also, there are some pictures, indications on web and even in the hotel there were some signpost indication that this hotel has a swim pool which was not true. We were informed that the swim pool was converted to SPA facilities and there was no Swim pool. Even in the hotel elevator were signposts to the swim pool. It is really shamed. The overall hotel condition was good and easy access to the city as the Metro was just 5 min walk. Also there are some good shops near by and cafes as well, where you can just walk in. The NH Hotel is well-priced and was certainly adequate. But the stand-out was the so-called Cafeteria on the ground floor. The food was fantastic. Både hotellet generelt og rommet var slitt, og kunne godt trenge en oppussing, men uten at det gikk nevneverdig ut over den totale kvalitetsfølelsen. Dette er et bra hotell. Bodde her i fem netter i forbindelse med fotballkamp. Til dette formålet er beliggenheten helt genial. Meget gode metro og bussforbindelser til alt annet. Servicen på hotellet var […] generelt god. サンチャゴベルナベウの試合を見るため、近いホテルを取りました。歩いていけるし、帰りも遅くなってもそのまま帰れる距離なので便利でした。お部屋も広くて綺麗。書斎が広くてたすかりました。湯沸かし器がついてたら嬉しかったなぁ。でも、サッカーみるにはもってこいです。オススメします。

Cerca del Bernabeu y de la estación de Metro es una muy buena opción para recorrer Madrid, mis único comentario negativo es el costo del desayuno y de los productos del minibar

Todo estupendo, quizás el restaurante un poco caro. Estoy muy satisfecho de haber escogido este hotel para mi estancia en Madrid. Estuvimos 5 días y tanto el trato como limpieza fueron geniales. Por decir algo, se echa en falta enchufes en las mesillas de noche, por lo demás lo recomiendo!

Gostei bastante da infra-estrutura do hotel. Muito confortável, muito limpo, ótima comida do restaurante, boa localização (próximo ao metrô, farmácia, mercado). Porém deixou muito a desejar no atendimento. Os funcionários parecem estar sempre mal-humorados e não têm paciência para se fazer entender, mesmo lidando com estrangeiros.

Hotellet var udmærket, men jeg oplevede at de fine værelser og den ellers høje standard ikke levede op til sig selv, da jeg blev syg og var nødt til at blive på mit værelse. Tv'ets lyd var så lav, at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre at gennemføre den engelskssprogede film, jeg var nødt til at købe, da de gratis kanaler med fx film eller naturprogrammer […] ikke var på spansk. Der var kun en kanal på engelsk, en nyhedskanal. WI-FI koblede mig af og på hele tiden og dækningen var så ringe, at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre fx at downloade film eller tv fra nettet. Read more

Eksklusivt hotell med høy standard. Variert og meget innbydende frokost. Ikke spesielt sentralt i forhold til Madrid sentrum. Må ta metro og bytte en gang før man er på Sol (midt i Madrid sentrum). Enkelte butikker i nabolaget. En del restauranter i kort gåavstand fra hotellet. Spa'en koster 21 euro å komme inn i. Da kan du kose deg i svømmebasseng […] og ulike boblebad. Tilgang til trimrom også. Skal du på fotballkamp på Real Madrid sin hjemmebane, Santiago Bernabéu Stadion, er dette hotellet et funn. Bare 5-10 minutter å gå. Read more

Location somewhat far from the tourist city centre, but was saved by bus 150 that took approx. 15 mins. to city centre. Location quite close to airport however, you should not pay more than EUR 25 on the meter for taxi from airport. Friendly housekeeping staff always greeting guests in the corridor. Cleaning of rooms was okay but not more. This hotel […] chain seems to work on commercializing all aspects, meaning that there were a lot of tasteless advertising all over the hotel, everything from free shampoo samples in the rooms to banners all over the lobby. Supermarket close by for buying water instead of the expensive minibar. No free internet in the hotel is unexpected these days. Read more

Excelente ubicación a 2 cuadras de la estación de metro de Cuzco, en plena Av. de la Castellana donde puede tomar el bus. Muy segura la zona, cerca del Santiago Bernabeu.....para ir caminando......amplias habitaciones, buen trato, muy buen hotel......Desayuno muy caro! Pero todo bien!
