Hotel overall was good. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is because there was a lot of hair on restroom floor when we walked in. It didn't feel completely clean.

I stayed here because I was going to San Antonio for a George Strait concert and they were recommending people take the VIA bus transportation to the Alamodome so I decided to stay by the airport so we can get a shuttle to drop us at the airport which is where the VIA would pick us up and drop us off from the Alamodome . My wife and I checked in to this hotel, and were immediately impressed with the friendly check in staff. We brought our two puppies with us, and the staff immediately fell in love with them and made them feel welcome. While getting our room keys, we were shocked to learn that they offer free soft drinks, free dinner, and 3 free alcoholic beverages […] (for guests 21 and over). We had to walk our own luggage cart all the way to our room, which was a very long walk. While walking to pur room, we noticed that hotel has a huge cleaning staff. We decided to go downstairs for the complimentary dinner, just to scope it out. At 5:30pm, there were about 50 kids down there, but the prompt staff managed to keep tables clean and the food stocked. We had spaghetti, vegetables, and salad and it wasn't bad- especially for free. We used our free drink coupons and weren't surprised to learn that the beer offered for free was from a keg. It was funny, but couldn't complain since it was complimentary. After 45 minutes, all of the kids were gone and the dining area was quiet and enjoyable. Got to my room around midnight after 7 hours of travel and layover. The room had not been cleaned from the night before. We spent three night there out of 8 days. The extras are amazing with a grand breakfast and a buffet from 5:30-7;00 along with a free drink for adults. Disappointed the room. The last time I stayed at this hotel the room was very comfortable with plenty of room. On this trip the room was very cramped, The bathroom was extremely small which required me to put one foot in the bathtub in order to close the door. I won't stay there again.

The people were very nice. The room was very clean and housekeeping was very ,very accomadating. The bathtub kept filling up whenever you took a shower and two calls to maint and the front desk got no results.
