I had to ask for the ashtrays to be emptied and the room vacuumed. The coffee pot and alarm clock mdid not work. The electrical outlet by the sink did npt work. The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable. I will bypass Quality Inns and Suites the next time I need accomidations.

I made a reservation on Hotels.com to stay at this location. When I checked in they swiped my card for incidentals, but ended up fully charging me even though NOTHING was wrong with the room upon check out. I spoke to the front desk about this upon check-out, and was told that the manager would call me as soon as he/she got in that day, I never received […] a call. I called a few days later to speak to a manager, and was told that they would call be after they got out of a meeting. Neither time did I receive a call back. This is all on top of the rooms not being the best of quality. I DO NOT recommend anyone stay at this hotel! Read more

For a simple hotel room, it was okay, just more than I would pay for what we got. It was also nice that the room was equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. However, I won't be staying here again. The showers had two temperatures--freezing cold and nearly-scalding hot. If you want housekeeping service, get out of your room by noon. The continental […] breakfast left MUCH to be desired. Traveling on the cheap with the family for a vacation this hotel proved to be just that. The price was right the accommodations adequate. Noting fancy. The hotel just seemed kind of dingy but the color schemes likely contributed to that feeling, dark. The staff proved to be very friendly and accommodating. The room was fairly clean. It wasn't a fancy hotel but wasn't a dump either. It's a good place if you just need somewhere reasonably priced to spend the night.

Person on staff at check in was not knowledgeable at all. Eventhough I had a paid receipt and cconfirmation from Hotel.com with us she did not want to take it and finally decided her general manager would have to o.k. He was not available but after 15 min. she finally decided we could stay until morning when manager was on. He assured us the next day […] that everyting was paid for . Carpets in rooms need to be cleaned or replaced. bathroom is so small it was lucky we are both small people. Some over 200# would never get in. Read more

Ok....The room smelled when we entered, had to buy Fabreeze to spray around....This was the worst 'smoking room' we have stayed in......There was a Q-tip in corner by the table for 3 of the 4 days we were there, embedded in dust....I finally climbed under the table to pick it up and place in garbage....The toilet stopped up on our 3rd day, we called […] down to the desk for a plunger and got a cheap useless plastic one......15 minutes later the Maintance man arrived and showed up with a real plunger and voila--toilet fixed...The motel did have baggage carts in lobby, but useless for us on 2nd floor cause no elevator......Thank goodness, Cracker Barrell Restaurant was around the corner--our reason for staying here Read more

when we get there, there was a beer box and boxer short left in the bathroom, I have informed the desk and he apologized and offered us a new room, a suite room, when i checked it out , it reeks of cigarette smoke, which we refused and ask if somebody can just removed the "things" left behind in the bathroom, when we we got back from dinner, our door […] is left open. we are not going back to that hotel. It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. It was snowing outside so we were happy our room was nice and warm.

The last two times we have stayed there, they have let us check in early, which was so nice! Also, the first time we were there, they were in the process of getting new furniture. It was an even nicer stay the second time.

If you are looking for a reasonably inexpensive way to stay, this is a good spot. The continental breakfast was nice. It's an older building and our door to the room had a small gap to the hallway but the room was descent. The pool had NO HEAT in it and it was like dipping into a glass of ice water but we found the beds comfortable. We only stayed one […] night. The restaurants are great in the area including a mexican family restaurant and a Cracker Barrel right next door. Read more
