It was a great stay - very comfortable beds and pillows. The air conditioner was very nice and cool. The price was awesome. Staff were all very professional and polite. It was just down the street from many places we were going and was close to my relatives.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice stay quieter than I expected."

"Very nice hotel"
We had to switch hotels for the last night we were in Omaha. We got this one. Friendly staff, clean hotel, especially being pet friendly, really good breakfast, nice pool, nice fitness center. Although kinda far from the zoo, but worth it! Will be considering this hotel for future stays!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Numbering of rooms was confusingGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I had to ask for the ashtrays to be emptied and the room vacuumed. The coffee pot and alarm clock mdid not work. The electrical outlet by the sink did npt work. The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable. I will bypass Quality Inns and Suites the next time I need accomidations.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Room paid for prior to arrival, charged AGAIN"
I made a reservation on Hotels.com to stay at this location. When I checked in they swiped my card for incidentals, but ended up fully charging me even though NOTHING was wrong with the room upon check out. I spoke to the front desk about this upon check-out, and was told that the manager would call me as soon as he/she got in that day, I never received […] a call. I called a few days later to speak to a manager, and was told that they would call be after they got out of a meeting. Neither time did I receive a call back. This is all on top of the rooms not being the best of quality. I DO NOT recommend anyone stay at this hotel! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall I would recommend it. I've stayed there 3 yrs in a row now.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Expected more for the money"
For a simple hotel room, it was okay, just more than I would pay for what we got. It was also nice that the room was equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave. However, I won't be staying here again. The showers had two temperatures--freezing cold and nearly-scalding hot. If you want housekeeping service, get out of your room by noon. The continental […] breakfast left MUCH to be desired. Things were stale and did not taste good. Not a whole lot of variety. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good Customer Service"

Strange smell in hallway. Couldn't quite identify what it was. New carpet smell almost knocked me over in my first room. Desk clerk offered to move me to another room. Second room had only a faint new carpet smell. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The towels were pretty good, but the curved shower curtain rod was set in too far, so the effect was like having a straight curtain rod. Main lobby is the only entrance. What should be the side entrance on the far end of the building (near my room) was an alarmed emergency exit. Chuck on the front desk seems to be running things efficiently and smoothly. When I reported a problem with the wi-fi he got it fixed right away, then made a follow-up call 15 minutes later to be sure it was working for me. Great attitude Chuck, keep up the good work. Walk to McDonald's, Azteca Mexican restaurant, or Cracker Barrel. A small bar (they call it a Lounge) is in the building. Access from hallway or outside. Okay to bring drinks back to your room. Breakfast from 6 to 9am, even on weekends. I'd like to give a 3.5 if I could. It's better than a 3 but not quite up to my standards for a 4.
"Decent Inexpensive Stay"

We spent one night here recently while passing through town, primarily because it was inexpensive, very close to I-80 and pet friendly. The room was adequate, though very plain and a bit dark. The shower/toilet area was very compact. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK but the egg "omelettes" were a bit rubbery. The front entrance could have used a bit of "freshening" to make the place more inviting, but we found the place adequate for our needs for one quick night.
"Quality Inn Omaha"

Stayed one night while visiting family in Omaha. Check in was quick and when the attendant gave us the room key he directed us to the room location by pointing to the door to the room which was literally 20 feet from the front desk. I had requested a top floor since we are light sleepers and the attendant then said that he saw the request on our reservation and he wondered why they would give us that room when we requested a quiet top floor since that would likely be the noisiest room on the property. He was very friendly and worked quickly to rectify the situation and gave us a quiet room on the top floor. The room was decent sized and very clean. The bed and linens looked relatively new when I took them apart for my customary bedbug inspection and the bed was very comfortable. This room was very quiet since that it was in the middle of the property. We did not spend much time in the room since we just used it to crash after spending the evening with family. The breakfast is why I only gave this property 4 stars. I understand that this is a budget hotel but if you are going to go to the trouble to include breakfast at least try to make it halfway decent. Maybe I just hit it on a bad morning but the breakfast was quite underwhelming. Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay if you just need someplace to crash for the night. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
"Hard parking for a truck and trailer, but GOOD PLACE"
07/17/14 vettefinderjim Mentone, California
We stayed here on June 24, 2014 as we had a meeting close by with friends. We were driving a large pickup and car trailer in tow, so parking in the rear was limited, but we made it work and had our friends come and get us for fear of losing our park spot at dinner time. The town was sold out for the COLLEGE WORLD SERIES BASEBALL, which we were unaware until check in. The room was ADA, two beds, and was very clean and nice and everything was good. BREAKFAST was very good with eggs and ceral, bacon etc. The value was very fair. I would stay again.

My family and I were passing through Omaha on our way to Wyoming and stopped at this quality inn. I was extremely impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the front desk person was ( I wish i remembered their name) at check in. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very clean. They offer the best free breakfast I have ever had at a quality inn and the breakfast attendant was just as friendly and accommodating as the front desk person. We will definately stay here again in the future.
"Happy with choice"

We stayed here last weekend with our 2 teen daughters. I orginally wanted to stay downtown, but because of availability, we ended up here. I am pleasantly surprised. The property is older, but the rooms worked just fine for us. The kids used the pool and hot tub with no problems. The lounge was a nice bonus for us! The continental breakfast was wonderful! One of the best I have ever had. We did do Cracker Barrel one morning, because why wouldn't you since it is next door!! Would stay here again as staff was great too!

Made us feel right at home!!! Aaron was the best! Will be back! Did just a great job making sure we were happy while away from home. The hot tub came in handy for relaxing, the weight room for working out as well.

Decent hotel for one night. Fairly clean. Bar/lounge is nice, first drink is half off. Not the best quality inn I've stayed at but it worked. Was in the process of some remodels. Hall smelled bad like cigarettes. Bed was nice fridge made noise.

We were traveling with two cats from california to michigan and picked this hotel because the pets stayed free. I was not dissapointed with our choice. At first the hotel looks a little shaby from the outside and that was the first thing my daughter said is mom that can't be our hotel! And I told her give it a chance we did not even go in yet. We checked in about 7:30 pm and were given a room on the second floor, we went out to the car with the luggage cart loaded it up and got the two cats in there kennel and on the cart. The front desk guy watched us do this and never once felt like he should have told us there was no elevator! So we made a couple trip up the steps with all our stuff. I was not impressed with the front desk guy at all he was more interested in standing outside smoking. We go to our room and we were very pleased with our room. It was very clean and everything worked just fine. In the morning we went down to breakfast and we were very pleased with what they had to offer. The food was hot and very good. You don't have to serve a big spread to a have a good breakfast. The front desk man in the morning was such a refreshing change so pleasant and friendly! I would have to say we were quite happy that our room was way nicer than the main hotel and hallways. I told my daughter be happy that they put money in the room and not the outside it's the room you pay for. This review is a little late as we stopped labor day weekend on a saturday night.
