This is a GREAT hotel! The entire place has been renovated in a very nicely done modern decor. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic - very fresh and abundant. It is about 15 minutes by subway into the heart of the city, but who cares. This neighborhood also has some good restaurants. The only drawback was that the room was very hot - even in October. We were disappointed. Hotel was rated 4 stars-I thought 3 was a stretch.. No bellhops or anyone to help with luggage. No one spoke English although the desk help tried. The employees were very friendly. and some of them spoke english which was very helpful to us. The big problem here was the aur conditioning made this terrible noice and was blowing warm air. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I went to the front desk and told them they either had to fix it or move us. They called for the maintanence man so we went to get something […] to eat.Upon returning, the front desk said it was fixed. Well the noise was gone but there still was no air. Went back to the front desk and told them we can't stay in that room and asked them for another room. They moved us to another room that was a little cooler at first but as time went on the noise started again and the air was minimal. We asked the maid to help us ajust it and they said that is all the air that will come out. This comfirmed what I was feeling. The air has not worked in this hotel for some time. Also they do not have windows that open up so you can atlease get a breeze at night. We were in spain for only 2 days and we were glad to leave because of no air conditioning in the hotel. we selected by secret offer, the hotel given was too far away from the locations we specified and we have revised this reveiw on request. the hotel was very good facilities, the ehating however was not funcyioning very well and as winter 1c the room was cold to heat up slow, we spent extra money on taxis as far from our selected locations.

This hotel is 50 metres walk from the El Carmen metro station which puts you in touch with everything in Madrid through its excellent subway system. The most we ever waited for a train in Madrid was 3 minutes and from the hotel it is only about 15 minutes to most of the major attractions by metro. Prima hotel, ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Kamer was netjes en zelfs in het weekend werden de bedden opgemaakt en de handdoeken verschoond. Top! Vanaf het vliegveld met openbaar vervoer makkelijk te bereiken. Vanuit het metrostation El Carmen staat het hotel aan de overkant van de straat. Goede bereikbaarheid.

La habitación, sin ser una maravilla, tambièn alcanza la calificación de correcta, excepto el televisor, antiguo y estropeado, porque la imagen salta y no se puede ver (habitación 131). El parking, excesivamente caro, aprovechando que es una zona en la que el aparcamiento es muy difñicil.

Personale poco presente, non ci hanno consigliato nulla e li abbiamo visti solo al check-in check-out. Tutti gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno, ma c'è troppa moquette! Consigliato solo per dormire...

As acomodações do hotel são muito boas inclusive o serviço de quarto compensa os arredores do hotel que é muito de escasso de restaurantes e lanchonetes. No entanto o hotel fica bem próximo a estação de metrô El Carmen o que é uma boa coisa.

値段などから考えると良かったとは思います。 ただ、使ったタオルを新しいものに変えてくれず、ただ畳んでおいておくだけなどのサービスが足りない点が目につきました。 ロケーションとしては中心地から遠く、駅が近いので地下鉄での移動は便利ですが、周りに何もないのが不便でした。 深夜のタクシー利用で空港からは約20ユーロでした。

Ett prisvärt hotell mycket smidigt att ta sig till och från flygplatsen. Nära till omkringliggande motorvägar och tunnelbana ca 5min. Gott om parkering runt kvarteret. Nettes Hotel mit zufriedenstellender Ausstattung - Preis-Leistung daher voll in Ordnung. Wir hatten das Glück in einem hofseitigen Zimmer untergebracht gewesen zu sein, auf der Straßenseite wärs sicherlich zu laut gewesen (die Calle de Alcalá ist eine rund um die Uhr stark befahrene Straße, und beim Fahrstil der Spanier "Hupe, scheinbar egal warum" […] wird das ganze noch unterstrichen). Ansonsten könnte ich mich über nichts beklagen. Zimmer war ordentlich geputzt - der Teppich zwar sehr fleckig - aber Bad sauber gehalten und ordentlich gesaugt. Die Ausstattung genau laut Hotelangabe - Zimmer sehen sogar exakt wie auf den Fotos auf der Website des Hotels aus. Beim Frühstücksbuffett ist für jeden etwas dabei - die Frühstückszeiten sind selbst für Langschläfer bestens geeignet (in den Sommermonaten bis 11 Uhr). Die Rezeptionisten und alle Hotelangestellten waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hinsichtlich des Personals ist mir absolut nichts negatives aufgefallen.
