Because this hotel is not in the main hotel circle, I figured it would be an average hotel tucked behind a Chuck E Cheese. The hotel was very well kept and the room was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The bed was comfortable, free wifi and breakfast. Couldn't ask for more from a hotel.

Decent hotel, but next time I'll stay elsewhere. I was told by hotels.com that our room would have a mini-fridge and microwave, which are necessary when traveling with our toddler. Our room had neither of these things. Not the hotel's fault, the onus lies with hotels.com!

It is a really nice and comfortable hotel, convienent and friendly. We(4 adults and 2 kids) spent 3 nights over there. I booked the family suite which has a pretty decent ketchin. The kids used the outdoor swiming pool and my parents cooked some specific food for themselves if they want. The hotel provideextensive breakfast and some dinner(Monday-Thursday). There were some very minor issues; nothing that would make me give a bad review or not recommend the hotel, though. I didn't love the campus style set up of the property because the lobby/breakfast area and workout room were in different buildings than the one our room was in. We did a quick stop in Syracuse and the Homewood Suites were a great stop. Great breakfast. The only issue, if you are planning on outlet shopping, is that some are about 30 minute drive. That hadn't been our primary purpose for stopping in Syracuse but had it been we may have looked for something closer. Beyond that we didn't have any complaints.
