The front desk staff were not friendly at all. She seemed annoyed by simple questions/requests. We were traveling with a toddler and were not offered a travel bed and they did not have any complimentary toiletries for children. Was not the best stay. The hotel is being renovated, it seems to be being upgraded to a higher class but very impractical. For example the towels in the bathroom are in cubby holes with no place to hangup when wet. The breakfast was good and the lady serving it was very nice. It is handy to restaurants and shopping. Hampton Inns are one of our favorite hotel changes. The complimentary breakfast is an important feature as is the pool for the grandkids. The only slight negative was that the room was a bit small for our family.

We stayed three nights at the Hampton Inn in Hagerstown and had a very comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. Coffee/hot beverages were great and offered throughout the day and evening. Everyone we met was very friendly and warm. Our stay was great. Room clean had a small frig and coffee pot. Would have had liked a micro wave. It was easy to get to off the interstate. Breakfast in the morning was at 6:00 A.M.which was helpful to be off early.
