I had quick overnight here so I booked a cheap motel...the rooms were outdated but quite OK for the money and reasonably clean. Good for sleeping one night and taking a shower in the morning

Good central location in Roswell adjacent to New Mexico Military Institute. Many local and chain restaurants of all types within a few blocks of hotel.

Hotel is an older place that used to be an independent now a Day's Inn. A bit high on price for the localle but comfortable. Internet in rooms via ethernet connection. Decent breakfast included in price, refer and microwave in king room. Bathroom in my room was in need of repairs and bath towels were on the thread-bare side... Ajoining Mexican restaurant not open for B-fast until 10:00 AM during the week and closes at 8:PM... Not a bad place, but priced a bit high for a simple place to lay your head....

Had a king bed room, with reclining chair. Very decent for the price. Breakfast was the usual set up. Still one of the better hotels for the price, walked to all the restaraunts, coffee shop.

GREAT MOTEL STAFF HAD GREAT ROOMS. OVER ALL EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

I guess when you think Days-Inn, you think of a hotel. This looked more like a motel. At the time we stayed there, there were a lot of people with their doors open, drinking and smoking outside their rooms. It truely felt like a Motel 6. I also found the bathrooms not to be too clean. They wanted to give us a room on the 2nd floor and there is no elevators at this hotel. Breakfast was not good

you get what you pay for but the breakfast was excellent. Our room had very dirty carpets.

This hotel is close to the civic center and Starbuck's. It's also close to NMMI, and is on the main strip in Roswell. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and well kept.

Absolutely no complaints. The facility is relatively new and quite clean. Rooms include free wi-fi and a mini-fridge. Complimentary breakfast is included, but we opted for the Starbucks across the street. Can't beat the accommodations at this price.

We had a great stay. The hotel staff were very attentive. Quick problem resolution. Within 3 minutes! GREAT JOB!

Great shower. Staff very friendly. Good brkfast bar. Room needed a good vaccum. They did have a cover over top of AC unit so that it didn't blow the curtains in the air. Room was a good size. Walls are paper thin, you can hear every sound in the rooms beside you but it is an older hotel. If I ever pass back through I would stay there again.

Good hot breakfast; free wifi in rooms; fridge in room; cooling/heating unit worked fine; very pleasant front desk staff; room was clean; I was allergic to one of the bed pillows...sneezed half the night until I identified the problem; some bleach around the tub to kill the mildew would be good; bottom of doors had kick marks. Head of Housekeeping should inspect rooms after they are cleaned. I would stay there again, especially after looking at the higher rates for comparable lodging.

I enjoyed the stay but there are some issues. The refrigerator was not working and there was a hole in the bathroom wall that made the bathroom very cold.

Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. There was construction going on but it really didn't affect us. The price was very reasonable. The fact that they allowed pets was very important to us because we travel with our two small dogs. The only problem we encountered was that the coffee pot was not working but we reported it to the front desk on the way out. Fortunately, we are not avid coffee drinkers so it really didn't matter. It was a very pleaseant stay. If needed, we would stay there again.

Said Free WiFi, but they only had 1 service bar and it didn't work at all. Uncomfortable bed. Small Bathrooms.

Was about half the rate of other hotels. Had a good breakfast bar.

It was close to the NMMI campus. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Central location, typical cheap motel. Maid service a little spotty with some trash (not in cans) left in our room from the previous guest. Only a smoking room was available and it really smelled. Even made my eyes water.

The rooms are a little small but very comfortable. The staff was Excellent. Breakfast had to be the best perk. Breakfast bas was loaded with biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereals, muffings, fruits, and lots more.

The hotel was a good price with clean, adequate rooms. The pool itself was maintained well. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the exterior halls were not cleaned and trash removed from weekend use for our Monday arrival, and the pool furniture needs upgrading.

This hotel is a get what you pay for kind of place. For our purposes (surgery at hospital) it was great. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice for the kids. Very economical...didn't try the breakfast...good eats and starbuck's across the street.

Located pretty much in the middle of Main street in Roswell - good location. Room was clean with microwave and small fridge which came in handy. Little dismayed that the toilet was not securely fastened to the floor. Close to Carlsbad Caverns, which was the main purpose of our trip. Overall it was good for the cost of the room.

Customer service was severely lacking..and the room was infested with flies! Also, when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, all of the windows to the room were unlocked!

The first night we were there, everything was generally fine. The toilet paper & tissue paper is similar to newspaper (not pleasent). The 2nd & 3rd nights were noisy due to a travelling football team & supporters (slamming doors, blaring TV's & yelling in the hallway/walkway even right outside our room). They kept us up past 12:30am before the majority of the noise stopped, but it was still happening til at least 4am. The hotel did nothing to help quiet them dowm even though the hotel was pretty much booked up each night. Ive worked at hotels (frontdesk) & found this to be poor planning. Generally it is not acceptable to surround a family with an infant by this kind of group The bathroom plumbing (sink) was very visable, especially when sitting on the toilet. The bathroom in general was freezing each morning to the point it was uncomfortable to use the room. On a positive note, the staff was generally friendly & the continental breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, biscuits with gravy etc.)
