      The location is conveniently located in Grand Forks. Price is good for the value along with a nice continental breakfast. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The carpets could use some updating, but overall a nice place to stay while in the Grand Forks area!

      We were very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and all knew our puppy by name by the time we checked out. The hotel is very pet friendly. The breakfast was basic - toast, bagels, coffe and juice - but fine for us. The room was a little outdated, but very clean. We will stay here again.

      Everything was great. Lounge was a nice way to relax. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was excellent and prices were very reasonable.

    Beds are too hard. Could use a pillow top or a memory foam. Also hot tub was very small for the amount of people. Cleaning staff was amazing. Even made my daughters "bed" that we had on the floor.

    We did not like it at all......atmosphere is cold, not warm & friendly............room was like being in a (clean) box and nothing in this hotel was nice to look at or cozy (like being in an unfriendly neighborhood).......it was not what we expected from the Marriott hotel chaim_______we expected much more.     We enjoyed the hotel. The only thing that we were a little frustrated with was the bed. It was very soft and uncomfortable. Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel, the staff and the pool. We definitely enjoyed that!

    Great location, easy access to everything. Property was well maintained, great curb appeal. Rooms were bright, cheery and very very clean.

    There was warm chocolate chip cookies at the desk when we checked in! That was the best welcome ever. Our only problem was that the beds did not have enough blankets. We had to combine blankets from 2 beds to cover us on the one bed. Otherwise it was quite a pleasant stay.

    the room was clean, staff was friendly. pool was freezing! beds weren't all that comfortable. breakfast was alright. for the price we paid, it wasn't really that much better than hotels for much less.
