So pleased with the staff that worked here especially Bernadette and Marcel, they were wonderful and so helpful for our entire trip. I stayed here for 9 nights and got to know the staff, we had our dog on the trip and they were friendly and warm to him as well as my 12 year old daughter. It is incredibly clean and the rooms are much better than I imagined they would be considering the rate. I will be moving to the area of this Hyatt and will definitely have friends and family stay here when they come to visit. They do have a gallery menu that is available 24/7 and that was decent considering the price of what was listed. The only downside I would say is that they have a limited staff working sometimes and when you do order off the gallery menu you have to go pick it up at the front desk, but considering it is available 24/7 it wasnt all that much of an inconvenience. There is a great Mexican restaurant that shares the parking lot called Jalapenos as well as several other food and gas stations in the area, including a WAWA right next door. There were not many channels on the TV which was not a huge problem for us as we were mostly out sightseeing. I highly recommend this Hyatt. To my family and I, it became our home away from home and we didnt want to leave!
