We could hear EVERYTHING in the next room, all the way to the fingers scratching their sheets! We did not dare make any sounds for fear they could hear us, too! Our breakfast begins at 4:30 in the morning in order to accommodate the huge percentage of our guests that travel to and from the airport. Very close to food and things to do. Short ride to the airport. The breakfast was nicely done. Our room was quite warm and we ended up turning on the coolers. The outside temp was well below freezing, there was no wall control for temp.Genuine Expedia guest review

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and I should admit that it was really neat. Clean room, great breakfast, good workout area. My only concern was the internet connection. It was either dead slow or dead. If you are on a business trip and rely on internet, this hotel mightn't help you.The sad part is even after notifying the front desk and the management […] , they didn't care. I sent couple of emails later to the management and it looks like those went to a black hole. Stranded at the airport after a flight cancel, I stayed here based on reviews. Not only did they shuttle me to and from the airport in sub zero snowing conditions, but the hotel is better than your standard budget hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and they have a deal with Carrabbas next door for a discount appetizer(which I didn't know about […] until later, but no worries) I liked staying here more than I did at a Hilton the next night. What a nice little stay! It wasn't top of the line, but it was relaxing and well maintained. For the price and location, you really can't beat this. "Ok, but would try another hotel first."
Pros - The hotel was easy to find. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to questions. The bed was comfortable. Cons - I stayed in a room with a King size bed. The room was the smallest one I've ever stayed in during any of my hotel stays. The set-up in the room made maneuvering even smaller luggage a challenge, especially when opening the door […] to enter the room. There was no turn-around space whatsoever. In order to shut the bathroom door, you had to back up past the toilet and then close the door because it wouldn't close otherwise due to how tiny the bathroom was. I am a smaller person and I could not imagine anyone much larger being comfortable. There were not ice machines on every floor as in most hotels. If there was, I couldn't find one, even after making an entire walk around the floor I stayed on. Must go to the first floor for your ice. The hotel was quiet for the most part; the only thing I could hear from time to time was the opening and closing of other patrons doors, but that is to be expected in any hotel. If I had to stay more than one night, I would have either asked for a larger room or moved to another hotel because I just didn't feel comfortable in such tight quarters. If I were to recommend this hotel, I would advise not to get a room with a king size bed...maybe the other rooms are bigger? Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
