We stayed in the suite, pretty good size. We've been looking for a hotel that will allow pets, and get us the breakfast in the morning on our trips back and forth to VA, and this one fit the bill just fine. It's only got 2 floors, so no having to ride forever on an elevator to get to your room. We rolled in after 700 miles on 95. Received a bit of an attitude from the clerk about the "Pre paid room". I got the feeling, that she didnt care for us Hotel.com users. Made it clear that she didnt know what we paid for the room and seemed aggrivated with my presents. Entered the room to 3 non working lights. One was broken off in the socket. Asked […] for a different room, and received the tension, once again. Clerk declared she had no more rooms, despite the half empty parking lot. I then left her with a long, uncomfortable stare. She then bowed her head, poked a few more keys, and pulled another room out of thin air. Problem solved. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hot water, and average free breakfast. I truly believe that this establishment, as well as the one im staying in now, reserves their "lesser prized" rooms, for Hotels.com. Decent stay, but dont be fooled by the expensive camera lens, that took the web photos. Should be a $40 hotel. Read more

This hotel was fairly clean in the room, except that the bathtub floor looked as if it is only wiped or rinsed; never scrubbed. Gross. Location is convenient to the outlets and the bed was clean. We did not realize it was a "pet friendly" hotel when we made the reservations thru Expedia. When we checked in I asked for a non-pet room. The curt (almost rude) lady told me I was checking in rather late (3:30 pm) to have a "special request" but she assured us this room had never had pets. However, I thought the pillow smelled like dog. We were there […] to get away from our Coastal NC home and Hurricane Irene - and most all hotels were full, so we were lucky to get this room. The Continental Breakfast (tho a couple hours later than scheduled due to power failure in the whoe town - and most of the state) was very nice - had everything we wanted. The next morning there was a very kind lady at the desk, so much nicer than the check-in lady. Location was excellent! Close to outlet mall and tons of restaurants, plus just seconds from Rtes I-95/Rt 70 to take us back home. We had checked hotel after hotel, to find "no vacancy" - and we are grateful to Expedia (via phone) for finding us an available room during the hurricane weekend. Read more

The included breakfast was pretty decent. The hotel is right off the interstate and close to the Premium Outlets. The room could have been cleaner. This is definitely a two-star hotel.

Hotel old and not remodeled or updated. Management needs to at least invest in vacuums with edge/corner cleaner. Carpets were very dirty along edges and in corners. Old, worn, drab and dreary. Suprisingly the bed was comfortable, and we slept fairly well. I would not stay at that hotel or in that area again.

For a one night stay this place is perfect. They have a breakfast buffet but I went to the Waffle House which was 200 feet up the road. The hotel itself is worn around the edges but the sheets and towels were brand new. The front desk people were very friendly. It is right off of I-95.

We made reservations for our stay. Arrived 7PM and requested ground floor. Immediately changed our room to accommodate our request. Personnel friendly and assisted us with local directions. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. VERY spacious tiled shower! The beds were comfy, but if you prefer firm pillows, I suggest to bring some of your own. This hotel is pet-friendly, which was a life-saver for us! Nice staff, clean rooms, but it's no 4-star hotel. Great deal for a budget hotel, and I would definitely stay again :)
