It was pretty good. I went with my mom and dad. I had my own room and they had theirs. The water leaked in my bathtub, they had no remote and the handle on their shower faucet was loose. We were in rooms 171 and 173. Other than that it was nice. Price was nice.

Used to stay on this property for family get-a-ways when it was the Best Western Brand. Was always pleased with the condition, quality and value of our stay back then. Sadly, the quality has deteriorated some. The rooms are dated and dingy. And the breakfast was very poor. Cold cereals, instant oatmeal, bread for toast, frozen toaster waffles, canned […] fruit cocktail, and bad coffee with "Sunny D" type drink in place of OJ. On a positive note, check in service was fast, polite, and quite easy considering we checked in after lobby hours. Check out was just as easy. The location is the property's best attribute. If you are on a tight budget looking to be in the center of Buena Parks tourist attractions, this is the place for you. Read more

my stay was great. the kids loved it. however it would be nice to have fitted sheets on a hotel bed, the flat sheet kept exposing the mattress while i was trying to sleep. gross... you never know whats been in an a hotel bed.

It a great location and very appealing from the front of the hotel but our room was gross we requested a pull out sofa bed for our son's and it was so dirty we didn't even want our boys to sit on the counch I laid towels and blankets down to sit on I wouldn't stay here again

The first thing wanted to wash my hands but there wasn't any towels. We had to get them from the front desk.

Our hotel stay was decent, I'm just glad we were only there 12 hours. Toilet clogged on first use and almost flooded the room; asked for a crib when reservation was made, asked at check in and was told it should be in the room. It wasn't. Beds are super hard and pillows flat; breakfast was super limited-raisin bran, corn flakes or mini wheats, waffles, […] fruit cocktail, muffins and bread for toast. Fresh fruit would have been preferred. Food ran our twice while we were eating, and had to wait for It to be refilled. Play ground (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel) was 2 swings and a play house- slide was removed. Not amazing, but at the same time it is a 2 star and was only $65 a night. We enjoyed the stay and thought the location was very convienent to Knotts Berry Farm. The property could use a little improvement, but overall a great rate and nice place to stay. We would stay again.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The hide-a-way was just springs and kind of old. We ended up not using it. The hotel was good enough. We used the pool and slept. Thats all we needed. We will stay there again.

Hotel has a great pool and picnic area. Also has a small play area with two swings and a play house. Worked well for my 3 and 1 year olds. Both location are fenced in. Room could be a updated a bit. Staff was friendly, felt safe.

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel because of the low price. We only needed to stay one night so we figured it couldn't be that bad. However, we were very disappointed. The room was out dated and dirty. Our sheets had stains on them, luckily we brought a blanket of our own. We were happy for the king size bed, but it was hard and uncomfortable. The […] bathtub was dirty and we had to take freezing cold showers in the morning because there was no hot water. Don't be fooled by the free wifi. It did not work, and if you wanted it for your computer you had to get an Ethernet cable from the front desk. The worst part was the noise. Buses take people to and from Knott's and park in the hotel's parking lot. They are very loud, and one was even on idle for over an hour early in the morning. You hear people all through the night, and they loiter in the parking lot, even if they aren't even staying at the hotel! The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is very close to all the attractions. Their game room was alright, and by game room I mean 2 arcade games and a pool table. Obviously we got what we paid for, for a one night stay. But I still think we could have got clean sheets and hot water for our money. Read more

We have stayed at this hotel before and it still is one of our favorites. The breakfast with Waffles is good. Nice rooms and it had a fridge and microwave in the room. Location is awesome with Wal-Mart and Target and a ton of eating locations within walking distance.

Dump, when i was checking in, a girl came up to the desk and said, we don't have any towels in room 205 and 206. So i go to my room, no towels and when i got them, the ones i wash my car are 100% better condition. #2 toilet seat not attached to toilet. #3 checking room to see if we left anything, i found 2 condoms under pull out bed, at least they were […] in their pkg. I booked this room for the price and convenience. It is walking distance to Knotts which is where we were going. The free breakfast ended really early 9:30am. The front desk staff were nice. Now the room... It was right next to the freeway and the busy Beach Blvd. and it was loud all night long. This is not normally a problem considering i live next […] to a freeway but the door had a huge gap at the bottom and I had to shove a towel in it to keep some noise and the street lights out. The beds are stiff and the pillows felt like bags of lumpy rocks. The place is old and outdated. Noise could be heard from all the surrounding rooms. I had a very restless sleep that night not to mention waking up several times to a stiff neck from those awful pillows. I would not recommend this place. Not for the price or the convenience. I would rather park at Knotts and sleep in my car. Read more

it wasn't good at all, I had noisy next door neighbors, they were drinking right outside my room, shouting and talking so loud that I tought they were insid my room, I had to call Front Desk to make them quiet down and when they finally quiet down around 3 am, then some one start flushing the toilet and the water pressure was so loud and it was right […] at the wall next to the bed we were trying to sleep (I noted out with the Front Desk on my departure and they took a note and said that they will check it out). I stayed in a smoking 2 queen studio. For a smoking room it was fare. No ash trays were provided.. bedding I did not like so much but the bed (matress) itself was okay. The room was cleaned up and what not however its just not what I was used to being in. Totally worth the stay with my loved one though for the price we got for 2 nights!

Jacuzzi was broken. Really shady at night random people on bikes roaming the hotel grounds. They have a great game room and a decent breakfast.
