The attention to detail was extraordinary. Most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Breakfast buffet unsurpassed. Everyone knew my name and was extremely helpful. Nightime chocolates and complimentary frappes at poolside a big bonus.

The Sukhothai got everything right- the room was super clean, well updated, breakfast and brunch were EXCELLENT, and the space itself is pretty serene...you'd barely know you were off of a major road in Bangkok.

The hotel is beautiful, between skyscrappers nobody would believe such place is hidden. I stayed in a suite which left me in awe. The Spa gave amazing treatments. The staff is beyond professional, some of the staff could speak better english but most of them were fluent. I wish they had hotels like this everywhere

The Sukhothai was very well located. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and conveniently organized. We didn't particularly like Bangkok, but the hotel was the best thing about it. The concierge referred us to an excellent restaurant which was also a highlight.

All went well until we used the business center and were charged the price of a new printer for using their services. Over US$ 1,200 for some colour printing is crazy, robbery. Standard very high. Breakfast was outstanding. Service exceptional. Only bad side was we had 5 rooms booked and all were suppose to have upgrades under the Amex deal but they only upgraded one of us - so want is the point of having a deal you cannot deliver on! We were recommended this hotel from a friend, so was looking forward to the stay. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel airport pickup service, would definitely recommend this. The check in was done in our room, which was a little different. Unfortunately the TV didn't work and it took 3 phone calls to get someone up to fix the volume and in […] the end that taped the receiver to the TV in order to get the signal fromt he remote. The bedside clock was on the wrong time, which should have been checked and fixed prior to our arrival. We ordered food by the pool and it took over 45 minutes to arrive, we decided by that time we would go elsewhere. The breakfast was amazing and the service was very good. Fabulous Hotel. A calm oasis in the bustle of Bangkok, with a great location between a Skytrain station and a subway station. The Sukhotai is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is extremely attentive, and remain nearby whether you are lounging by the pool or eating a meal. I was also pleased that you can eat with your family at several different locations around the hotel, including taking a table pool-side for yourselves. If you expect excellent unobtrusive service , then this is the place to be. The hotel is not near the shopping district so you won't be in the traffic snarls that seem to envelope the city. Service here is great, staff are well trained and there's nothing too difficult for them to do. The breakfast is also good, quality food and not quantity.

We were planning to take a short break at Sukhothai from our shopping midweek before resuming the shopping sprees. Got an upgrade to deluxe suite which was a pleasant surprise and that's when all the good things began. The toilet was huge, room had a living hall, and most importantly, very clean. There were also free wifi, chocolates and a fruits basket […] in the room. Surroundings of the hotel was good and peaceful, unlike those that you may experience in the busy areas of Platinum mall etc. Service was impeccable and the best I've received so far; from the check in counter to the restaurants. The staff was very attentive, without being intrusive and they made good recommendations on the food to try, especially at the Celadon. The buffet breakfast quality variety at Colonnade was excellent too, with the pancakes and eggs corner being my favourite. Only grudge was the chocolate buffet seems to have missing items like the steamed fish and savoury canepes that were available last year. This year's items tasted quite dry. Otherwise, it is a close to perfect stay with the Sukhothai and we felt very refreshed to continue our remaining few days in Bangkok. Read more

The Sukhothai hotel is an oasis in a town that travels at 120 Mph , usually in the back of a Tut Tut ! The Ground floor Garden suite I was given was beautiful with views over a lilly pond. A huge suite with every amenity you would desire. Service was superb throughout my stay. It happened that the celedon restaurant in the hotel is regarded as one of […] the finest thai restaurants in Bangkok. It was a delight but be aware that a bottle of San Pelligrino costs £6-50 ! I also went next door to the Banyan Tree for dinner at its open roof top restaurant on the 61st floor. Having had what I would call a very average meal and walked through a rather drab reception I was very pleased I was not staying there. The Sukhothai provided me with a limousine to a shopping area, as we were the only couple waiting for their shuttle. The breakfast is also not to be missed. A delicious choice that would satisfy anyone. Together with free Wi-fi in the room , which is one of my hotel bug bears , I would heartily recommend this classic hotel over some of its modern competitors. 自分でも驚くくらいホテルから外に出ませんでした。周囲になにもない、地下鉄ルンピニ駅まで歩く、というのがネックだったのもありますが、とにかく居心地が良くて、ホテルの部屋に引き篭ってしまいました（想像以上にスタイリッシュでいい意味で驚きました）。ゲスト数もちょうど良く、プールサイドでものんびりできますし、スパが終わったあとも、すぐに部屋に直行してのんびり。朝食をはじめ食事も美味しいし。学生時代のゲストハウスから、中級、超高級いろんなホテルに泊まりましたが、個人的にはこのホテルにずっと泊まりたいです。

これまでバンコクで宿泊したホテルの中で一番良かったです。 日本人には、日本人コンシェルジェが対応するようです。スーペリアダブルを予約していたのですが、当日ダブルの空きがなくツインのスイートにアップグレードされました。１泊だけだったのが残念です。ベルボーイや朝食時のスタッフの対応も早くよく教育されているとの好印象を受けました。 ホテル内のガーデンやプールも印象的です。高い建物でなく新しさもないのですが、気分的に癒される感じのしたホテルでした。２泊以上されるのがベストだと思います。 プールが欧米人ゲイカップルの憩いの場のようになっているので、ここにもバンコクらしさが溢れていました。

家族旅行で4泊しました。結局ホテルがどんなに美しくても、従業員の教育がしっかりなされていなければ意味はありません。このホテルはまさに‘人’を重視したホテルであったと言えると思います。宿泊客の名前を覚える、笑顔で宿泊客に接する、マナーを忘れずも親近感を持って接する、など。別に大それたものではありませんが、これらをちゃんとやっていた当ホテルは完璧なホテルと言わざるを得ないと思います。確かに少し不便で、川には遠く、目の前にコンビニはないかもしれません。でも、そんなことでこのホテルの価値を下げるのはあまりにも勿体ないというか失礼。最高の癒しとホスピタリティがまっています。

部屋はとてもきれいでとても満足のいくステイができました。 朝食は3000円ぐらいでしたがとても質が高くとても満足がいくものでした。 ジムのプログラムでヨガがたまたまあり、無料でヨガのレッスンに参加できました。 ジムのプログラムに興味があるかたは、訪問の前にメールで問い合わせるといいと思います。 コンシェルジュがバンコクから先の航空券のリコンファームをしてくれました。 ただ、ホテルからは最寄りのskytrainやmetroまで徒歩でかなりありますので、タクシーを毎回利用する必要があります。雨が降ったりするとなかなかタクシーがこなかったり、渋滞に巻き込まれるので移動には時間がかかることを考慮する必要があります。 ホテルへの帰りにタクシーを使う必要があり、時間や場所によってはメーターを使うタクシ […] ーを見つけるのが大変なこともありますので、skytrainの最寄のホテルのほうが便利だとは思いました。 Read more

設備、雰囲気、スタッフ、全てが素晴らしかったです。 バンコクの中心地とは思えないほど静かです。 滞在客もおとなしく、みな大人の雰囲気。 そして、スイミングプールは素晴らしい。 ちょっと塩気（？）があるので、泳ぎやすいです。プールサイドのスタッフも気さくで、水やスムージーを差し入れてくれます。 ２回目のステイでしたが、 前回、失くしたはずの現地の携帯電話を今回さりげなく渡してくれました。 ずっと取っておいてくれたのですね。

사톤 지역에 있어 관광이나 휴양에 적합한 위치는 아니지만, 중심가인 씨암이나 쑤쿰빗하고 그닥 멀지는 않았음. 호텔 바로 앞에는 아무것도 없어서 필요한게 있으면들어가기 전에 사가지고 들어가야 하는 불편함이 있지만, 호텔만큼은 무척 만족함. 모든 직원이 친절하며 호텔방은 안락하고 시설또한 훌륭함. 그러나 아무래도 좀 오래되었는지 호텔 곳곳에 보수가 필요한 곳이 보임. 그러나 객실 상태는 훌륭하므로 걱정 없음. 다음에 방콕에 갈 때는 다시 수코타이에 묵을 생각
