The front desk was very friendly when check in and check out. The room is nice with soft beds, TV, coffee maker, internet. The internet is slow! The bathroom is very neat (took a bath there, sweet). It's near the Grand Station, 2 blocks from N Michigan Ave, very convenient. Starbucks is at the lobby, thank God. That's it.

a few outlets did not work view was not that great tv didn't work even after maintence attempted to fix it had to call twice to get maintience to our room beds were very comfortable nice size room

My boyfriend and I stayed in chicago after a concert and the hotel staff was very personable and the room was gorgeous, the bed was the best part-- comfiest one ive ever slept in. 5 stars!!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, especially for the price. The location was close to many restaurants and bars and shopping was just a couple of blocks away. The staff was very accomodating and the room size was larger than many downtown Chicago rooms. Great linens!

not extravagantly luxurious but by no means a hole in the wall. The price we payed was fair for the room we got. Location was great! quieter than being right on michigan ave. but still very convenient and close.

this hotel is a little off the beaten path if you are looking ot be on the Mag Mile. However it is a great price and still easy to get around.

The room at Courtyard was impressive. The room with 2 double beds have plenty of floor space. It was not cramped. The view as even nice. The most impressive thing was the beds. Nice pillows 4 on each bed and nice soft bedding that only complemented the superior bed itself. It was a nice comfortable stay. I do recommend.

The quality of this hotel and its staff was well worth the money! Great location and easy to get anywhere in the city. Only con was restaurant was little high $, but probably not to much in relation to other similar hotels.

We walked to several nearby attractions and the L was just a few blocks away so it was easy to get anywhere in the city!

This hotel was a good place to stay while in town for a large conference. The starbucks and cafe located on premises was extremely convenient! The rooms were very comfortable: beds were comfy, love the closet, sink area a bit small, but fine for 1 person. The staff was very accomodating and helpful as well.

We were in Chicago to visit a college my son was intersted in transferring to. I grew up in the Chicago area so we were going to meet some relatives for dinner. We booked this room, had dinner at Andy's Jazz Club across the street, worked out in the morning, had a fabulous buffet breakfast the next morning, and revisited the college campus on the North Shore before leaving town. The amenities were great. I will stay there again.

The hotel was great, everything I expected. I wanted a hotel near the House of Blues and the location was perfect. Also I was looking for a hotel that had a sauna, whirlpool, and pool- It had all of them. The rooms are very clean a bit small. It was a great room for the money. I would go again!

The staff at this hotel was amazing - friendly and helpful. The room was nice. In particular I was impressed by the decor. There were black and white artistic photographs of Chicago instead of the standard insipidly boring hotel watercolor prints. Also, very centrally located for a lot of destinations.

Excellent location, lots of surrounding resturants and shops. Close to Michigan and downtown loop. Great hotel, the sandwiches in the shop downstairs are great! I would recommend staying here and intend on staying again.

This was a phenomenal hotel for a short girls weekend getaway. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, great restaurants and nightlife nearby. The hotel was very easy to find, and hotel personnel couldn't be friendlier. It felt very safe for four young ladies to walk to local establishments at night. Gym, pool and coffeeshop in the hotel was all added bonuses!

This hotel is best suited for the business person. Took my daughter there, and was not very kid friendly. Expected to take public transportation, but the staff were not very knowledgeable in that area.

Good place to stay but if i would have had a better understanding of the geography of Chicago I probably would have been willing to pay more for a room in a more premo location. But I was fine and just had to get used to the challenges of Chicago; crowds, transportation, and the like.

I've stayed at better, and I've stayed at worse. Noise from the street is bothersome, and if you stay on the 6th floor, expect to smell the pool in the corridors. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the employees are very friendly and helpful. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

Me and my boyfriend went down for the taste of Chicago and we were very suprised when we walked in the room.The room had a flat screen tv and the bedding was outstanding. The location of the hotel is great.
