Hotel was great. Service was top notch. Free breakfast was great. Located in a nice upscale area that was safe to walk in. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for the price and is located in a great area- lots of shops and restaurants and cafes, hotel has great free breakfast buffet, and internet is also free, nice but small pool and gym, no jacuzzi. The room was a bit small, but hotel was nicely decorated and was pretty cozy. Nice staff too.

This was my first time in Santiago with my wife. The hotel was what I call a boutique hotel. Service was great, food was good but the location was outstanding. Overall this was a great experience.

My only objection to this hotel was the internet connection. The wifi in the room and the rest of the hotel was "spotty" and many time could not connect at all. Everything else from location to comfort was very good

The hotel was clean and well appointed, the breakfast was great, but there were reasons to be disappointed. Bad news for business travelers, they now charge daily for Internet access. It equates to about $14 US per day and it is SLOW! The air conditioning in the room does not push cool air at all (verified in 2 different rooms). Can't say enough about the staff, extremely nice and helpful. They always had someone who spoke english available as well which was nice for me. Good full buffet breakfast, and very close to the Metro and the Double Decker Bus Tour stop, in a clean area with several food choices from local to McDonalds. I would stay again.

Very nice, clean European style hotel in a very good location. There is much to see in Santiago that can be easily reached by the Metro which is 1 minute away , or by very reasonable cabs. The hotel staff are very accomodating, knowedgable & speake English competantly. The restaurant is OK, but there are many good ones nearby. The hotel staff couldn't have done more for us. We arrived at 1.0am after being delayed with our flight and got a very nice welcome. Room all prepared for us with small chocolates on the bench. The room is slightly dated but it didn't bother us. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. I always have a hot breakfast and there was a great choice […] of hot foods ie: beautiful crisp bacon, sausages, hash browns, tomatoes, scrambled eggs etc.Pleanty of other foods, i: ham, cheeses, yogourts, breads, buns. Lovely coffee which they replenished all the time if you wanted it.Couldn't fault the breakfast. Great doormen, always on the ready. Really handy to the city itself. We did lots of walking and shopping. Hotel has coffee ready for you in he sitting area, just help yourself. Good feeling about the hotel. Lot of business men staying. We had the dinner which was a huge buffet. The desserts were to die for. My waistline changed that's for sure.We had asked for a late exit and were given til 3.0pm free of charge. They rang us to see if the maid could come in and were we finished with the room. It wan't until we nearly missed our plane that we realised our watches were an hour wrong, so we had held them up with the room for an extra hour, felt dreadful about that as we didn't know..Would stay again and look forward to it. The overhead lights did not work the first night. then when fixed only from one switch.The air con was weak , weather was very hot 37degreees at night. The maid did not empty garbage or restock in Bathroom ( except the towels) untill asked. Keycard did not work last day aof stay, so had to get maid to open door.if I went out to the opool etc. Singer […] in restaurant sang in my ear (from her ipad as backing music). So many people at breakfast 2nd morn the plates on buffet not restocked untill after one lost interest in eating. The convenient location was a grand plus near Metro.. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy. We were well situated for sightseeeing. The only thing to let it down was the evening meal which was not much to shout about.

The location is close to a good selection of restaurants with good food & a Starbucks across the street.The hotel location is not central but it is close to the subway station & cheap to ride & you are able to admire the art work in some of the subway stations of some Chilean artists. […] Taxis are regularly at the hotel & are also fairly cheap to get around the city.Breakfast buffet includes a good selection of hot dishes, fruit, juices, breads, sweet buns, etc. Good service in the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff speak English well & the concierge is helpful in setting up tours or arranging the taxi service & fare for you to wherever you are going to.
