Very nice hotel. Very old. The view is amazing if you get a city room. My room was a little small for two queen beds. Very close to everything - all you have to do is walk to the bus stop and catch the bus over the bridge and then you are in Old Riga in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was magnificant. It could fill you up for the whole day! I will return in a month since I enjoyed it so much. Nice job Radisson!

The outside was a bit disappointing. Hotel was down a dirty alleyway, with no sign out front, but once inside, the hotel was clean and in good shape. The room was fine, with only a few minor complaints--no light above the desk and no outlet near the desk. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was decent--about a 20 min walk to the edge of the Old Town. There was a lot of noise one night coming from outside the hotel. Breakfast was extra and was pretty good. Free parking and free wifi was nice. Overall, if you are looking for a clean, cheap hotel within an easy walk of the Old Town, this hotel is a good choice.

"Great location"
Only complaint is that you're right on the main stip. Great location, but at 5am, it gets annoying b/c there are still drunks running around yelling. We were on the 4th floor and needed earplugs. otherwise, i'd recommend this to anyone.
"Expected much better"
The location of the hotel is excellent. Reception staff were courteous and efficient both during check-in and check-out. The rooms are adequate in size. But overall it did not meet my expectations of a 5 star hotel. -The room was unbearably hot and there is no air conditioning - The rooms facing the street can be incredibly noisy with drunken parties […] singing and shouting all night long - The window in my room was broken - it couldn't be shut properly to keep the noise out -The hotel provided a fan and a room with functioning windows when I complained but did so reluctantly and with surliness unsuited to a 5 star hotel. I was not offered any help during the moving process -The amenities are sparse with soap and shower gel dispensers on the wall - cost effective but not 5 star. Read more
"In 6 months this hotel has become a mess"

"Tipp topp, tommel opp!"
Rent og ryddig hotell. Utrolig bra beliggenhet i forhold til det meste. Frokosten var god, men litt sene med å fylle opp brødkurven. Veldig fint hotell i forhold til prisen! Vi var superfornøyde med oppholdet!

"Varmt"
Alt ved hotellet er bra bortsett fra mangel på aircondotion. Med åpne vinduer blir bråket utenfra for mye. I tillegg ble hotellet solgt når vi bodde der. Ny eier stengte hotellet på timen, slo av strømmen og sa opp alle ansatte. Og vi " ble anmodet". Om å forlate hotellet. Et hotell fullt av gjester og fullbooket i lang tid. Oppbud av politi osv.

Palvelu erinomaista, aamiainen hyvä ja huone siisti ja mukava, mutta....huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia ja ikkunoita ei voi pitää auki, koska kadulta tulee meteliä ympäri vuorokauden, iso miinus :( Varmasti erittäin hyvä hotelli hieman viileämpään vuodenaikaan, mutta kolmenkympin helteillä tuli vietettyä hotellissa viikko huonosti nukkuen. Hotel de Rome on ystävällinen ja ylellinen hotelli. Ainoa paha puute on ilmastoinnin puuttuminen, mikä on aivan käsittämätöntä tämän tason hotellissa. Asuimme hyvin lämpimän ajanjakson hotellissa ja ikkunat oli pakko pitää auki öisin. Hotellin keskeisestä paikasta johtuen Riian yöelämän melut (soitto, laulu, örinät, huudot) kuuluivat läpi yön huoneeseen. "利便性抜群"
駅からも近く、旧市街の観光にも便利。 ただ、外の酔っ払った若者達が明け方まで騒いでるのが、響いてすごくうるさかったです。 ホテルの朝食は、雰囲気もよく、種類もたくさんあって大満足でした。 空港までのタクシーもフロントで頼めます。支払いも１０ラッツと少しで、フロントで出来て、超安心。 （ラトビアではないですが、リトアニアの旧市街でタクシーにボラレタので・・・・。リトアニアでは流しのもしくは、街中に泊まっているタクシーには、要注意です。のらない方が確実。）

Have to say that this is a very very good hotel. Its genious location is in the middle of old town Riga. There`s where it all happens. I recomend highly!!!
Mycket bra läge på hotellet, väldigt bra personal och bra frukost, har haft en helt underbar resa skulle ha kunnat stanna längre än våra 5 dagar och åker gärna tillbaka, det enda som inte var så bra var att det inte fanns någon ac eller fläkt var väldigt varmt när vi var där men det gick bra det också.

Veldig fin beliggenhet.God frokost. Meget hyggelig , og hjelpsom hotelbetjening.Veldig bra rom, vi bodde på suite, og hadde det supert. Det som trekker det bitte litt ned er harde senger, og litt varmt på rommet om natten, Men vi sov, og oppholdet var veldig godt. Anbefales !

The worst Hotel i ever stayed at. The room was extremly hot With no ac, you could not open the window for the noice on the street. They started to remodel loudly at 7 in the morning on a saturday. "Mitt opphald i Riga"
Fint hotel, men ikkje 5 stjernes. Mykje bråk om natta og morgonen, så ikkje regn med å få sove heile natta vis du har rom ut mot gata. Var der i April å savna A/c på romme. Pluss for flott beligenhet.

Vi valgte dette hotellet pga beliggenhet til gamlebyen, noe vi traff 100% med. Vi har delt ut en 3`er på området rundt hotellet, men litt støy må man regne med i en stor og flott by! En levende by:-) Dette er et hotell vi vil reise tilbake til og trygt anbefale til våre venner.

Helt ok hotell. Veldig bra beliggenhet på grensen til gamlebyen. Hotellet markedsfører seg med 5 stjerner, og det er det tross alt ikke. Mye lureri på restauranter og barer i nærheten, ta forhåndsregler: Spør etter pris/meny før du bestiller noe som helst. Ikke spander på noen du ikke kjenner. Og du vil få et hyggelig opphold.
keine ahnung, warum dieses hotel 5 sterne hat...kein health-club...sauna muss man extra bei der reception melden, damit die die sauna anmachen...TV-Gerät aus der Stasi-Zeit, für Eurosport muss man bezahlen!!!!
