The room was clean and comfortable. Close to Route 66 and only an hour away from The Grand Canyon. They serve a complimentary breakfast with waffles you can make yourself. I am happy with most of service EXCEPT the big issue was the toilet was broken and they have no maintenance service at night available to fix. So the answer from them is nothing they can do. Checked in with the idea of going to Grand Canyon to see the sunset. Unfortunately it started snowing with a little hale added in. We spent the late afternoon and evening in the room. The only thing negative I can say is that the hotel should consider putting up signs just outside the corridor door to get smokers to move away from the door way when smoking. Our heater wasn't working in the room, which led to a midnight switch to another room whilst the kids slept. There wasn't any follow-up the following day.
