Towels were NOT clean, Room maid opened door to several rooms and went away (take a look and belongings of neighbors? no, problem, just walk in!!!), location was nice with direct access to "Tanger Outlet" and several malls, Amish attractions all nearby, 1 minute away from highway

The receptionists were very nice and professional, but the stay was a bit of a depressor- you really do not want to have to be in there for long- water stain on ceiling etc. And the continental breakfast is really just sugar and wheat fyi. We were a group of 7 and not one of us was disappointed with our stay at the hotel. Our rooms were clean, spacious and very affordable. This hotel is close to most eating places, sight & sounds, tanger outlets etc. We had a great time being there! We each had a small fridge in our room, but the iron/board and hair dryer had to be collected at the front […] desk and returned. We enjoyed the location only because its close to the things we wanted to see. I am disappointed from the Hotel. When we arrived, the lady in the reception had to lock herself inside!!! She said the keys are not working so whenever we want to come and out, she will open to the door to our rooms!!!! The stairs and carpets in the hallway smell was awful. […] The non smoking rooms smell were awful so we had to open the window though it was cold outside. The beds were Ok but no shampoo in toilets. The cleaning lady opened the door without knocking to clean the room. I shouted that we are here. few minutes later she did the same. The hotel was old and could use some renovation, but ok. The room was larger than a lot of rooms in the more expensive hotels we've stayed in the past. All we could get was a smoking room and that was tough, not being smokers. Bought some scented candles and potpourri at the local outlet store; and ran the air all night. Keep in mind the cost of the room when you stay here. I had 5 people in the room, 3 kids/2 adults. I asked at check in for an extra pillow because there were only 4 in the room. I was informed that they had no extra left. I booked the room with 5 staying, and there were only 4 sets of towels. We had to share the first night. The next day, when I asked […] the cleaning staff to please make sure there were 5 towel sets in the room, I returned later to find only 3 sets. And, like the pillows, there were no extra available. You get what you pay for in a no frills hotel, but one morning the housekeeping staff left us no drinking cups. The remote for the tv broke Down in one of our rooms, and there could have been more cable channels.

Overall was a fine experience. Rooms clean. Check in was okay and stuck in 80's. Beds were not comfortable but served their purpose. Only main downside is someone ripped my emblem off my Saab overnight in the parking lot. Not horrible as if it would've been up on blocks, but I don't want to worry about my car when I stay at a place either.

I read the reviews and thought "no way can it be that bad"...guess what...it is! I have no staff complaints. Only talked with 1 person on check-in and check-out - no problems. The hotel however...AGHHH! Started with the smoke smell (and I'm an ex-smoker so can take the smell of smoke) - DREADFUL in the hallway - perhaps it was in the carpet but most […] likely in the carpeted (yes you heard me right) wainscotting walls. PU! Now if you like your room with mildew everywhere, holes in the carpet, peeling wallpaper, unidentifiable stains and windows SO dirty I couldn't see my car parked in front of it...this is the place for you. Want extras - like..maybe an iron, a blowdryer, a microwave, a clock, an extra bar of soap, coffee pot...hmmm are those REALLY extras???? Anyway...if you want them, they're not here. Want breakfast? How about watered down coffee, no creamer - only powder, 10 donuts the first day..dang, missed 'em or dry toast. 2nd day I had OJ that turned out to be broken so only water. EAT OUT! And the bed....OMG...like sleeping on a brick with 1 rubber lumpy pillow and 1 rock hard (I don't want to think about what might have been IN the bed) Bottom line, this is NOT the staffs fault, do not blame them but this is one of the WORST places I have ever stayed at and I will admit to staying at some I would never go back to. Budget hotel located in a commercial area along a busy road with restaurants avaialble within a walking distance. Comfort is correct for one night when touring. Only complaint is a discourteous welcome upon our arrival but this was back to normal in the morning after the desk team had changed.

The hotel was to have a complimentary breakfast. There was coffee, toast, bagels and donuts. Really not our idea of breakfast. When we went downstairs before 10:00 am, everything was put away anyway. We ended up going next door to Perkins. Sort of disappointing. Not even a coffee pot in our room.

Just like the other reviews, there was a few donuts and a loaf of bread for the continental breakfast. BUT, the air conditioner worked great, and the beds were comfortable. It was right down the road from Dutch Wonderland, so it was great to come back to and crash. I recommend it for just sleeping. Beds and bathrooms were large and very comfortable. TV was old with a terrible picture. Continental breakfast is a joke. Coffee and juice were all that was available, not even a slice of toast or a donut! Fortunately it was located next to a Perkins. Not a bad place for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't want to stay there more than one night.
