It's was a nice and cheap hotel for just our one night stay for a wedding the room was clean and allowed use to bring our 2 mid size dogs there guard dogs and we take them everywhere we go we did have to ask for wash cloths and towls but had them in 10 min the only real problem we had with the room was the phone we had to unplug it cause it would ring […] every 10 min and Noone was ever there but for the price the location and pet friendly yes if needed we would stay there again oh and they need more parking so don't stay out to late lol Read more

Room was dirty, especialliy the bathroom. Stains on tub from someone else. I did have a cat with me and they charged $25 extra which was ok. Not worth considering staying here. Pay a little more to stay at another hotel if the price ever looks attractive to you. The place is unsafe, many suspicious people, smelly room, noise etc.

Cons: 1) 600 S Governor Printz Blvd is not the correct address for this hotel as is stated all over the web. If you GPS this location, you will be lost and will be directed to the opposite direction of the street. The correct address is 600 NORTH Governor Printz Blvd.. 2) The desk receptionists are unfriendly and uninviting which should really be corrected […] to better the hotel. Their rude and irritated behavior is appalling and off-putting. I heard the desk girl yelling at a few European guests with children. 3) Upon arrival to the room, the carpet was wet (and remained so until our departure 3 days after). Additionally, the humidity of the room along with the wet carpet had made the room rancid and we had to use the air conditioner to dry the room in an attempt to rid the stench. PROS: 1) The hotel is one of the most affordable in this area. 2) The room was cleaned well with all bath supplies replaced prior to our evening arrival every day. 3) The parking spaces were so large and there was ample parking for everyone (and perhaps their friend). Just acceptable. Had to change rooms, as the one given to us had an inoperable AC & no towels. They quickly accommodated us. Everything we needed was at the Quality Inn next door....breakfast & printer for boarding passes. The girl was always on the phone, but did stop to take care of our needs.

The staff was very helpful. I was stuck at the airport due to missing my flight. A little shacken up being my first time traveling alone. Not having money on me because i was going home. 1st room they gave me the refrigerator was broken and I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. Had to fight with desk manager to get new room. 2nd room no channel changer for TV. Hotel was fine. Our TV did not work but they came and we had to change rooms which was not a problem. Staff was friendly and very easy to get the shuttle to the airport. Not a 5 star hotel but clean and convenient to the airport.

Pleasantly surprised, very clean, excellent a/c. More comfortable bed than I have slept in at twice the price. Very convenient to the airport, which made for a real quick getaway on the way home. Kind of a haul from University City, but the price was right. Check in and out was a breeze.
