"Needs Improvement"

My fiancee and I arrived at the hotel at 10:15 on a Saturday night. There was one person working and he was friendly. When we got to our room, there were dirty water glasses, unwrapped soap in the shower and on the sink,and a room key. I called the front desk immediately and the worker was very apologetic and cleaned our room and changed the sheets for us. I was afraid to touch anything else in the room for the rest of our stay. The continental breakfast in the morning wasn't bad. The hotel did give us a $30 discount for the room and we had to stay there because all of the hotels were booked full because of a tournament in town.
