Stay was short. Very late check-in. Had difficulty with door handle to open door! Breakfast was great. Really good. Friendly and courteous staff. Would stay again. Thanks. Excellent location in my opinion.

The hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of Morgantown, but close enough to get there within minutes. Resort was nice with the amenities included of pool, fitness, suana and gold, however due to the short visit and activities we had going on unable to use them. Rooms seems a liittle dated and it would have been nice to have a fridge & microwave in room, even thou not stated there was. Cheapr hotel we stayed in previous night at least included those. Room was comfortable, but the housekeeping was lacking. Very little toilet paper on roll and no addition roll left. Housekeeping took away used towels on first day and did not replace them or coffee supplies. Found that the be annoying for such a nice place.

We have a son who attends University of West Virginia. We have stayed at the Best Western everytime we have gone down to visit him. It is minutes away from the University, close to Pizza Al's-best pizza around!!! and there's a gas station right across the street if you want snacks. The price is right and the staff is always friendly. Breakfast is OK, nothing to write home about...it fills your stomach is included and the coffee is good.

Very convenient to Tanger outlet shopping which is why I booked this hotel. The Outlet is just right above the hotel on a hill so it was very nice and close. Fairly new hotel-everything smelled "new"! Beds and pillows and bedding were very comfy and luxurious! Room was very clean-we had a fridge in our room and coffee pot. There is access to a microwave downstairs in their snack shop/store that we used to make popcorn. There is no free breakfast offered but they do have a small bistro/snack bar that you can buy breakfast and dinner if you like. I cannot rate this since we did not use this facility. The pool and hot tub are fantastic!! Very clean-we enjoyed those for an hour or so on our one night stay. Several restaurants are around the area and the race track is across the street from this hotel if that interests anyone. You do have to drive a little ways but not too far to actually get to all the big chain restaurants but once you get there they have pretty much every restaurant you would want! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to stay that is very comfortable and conveniently located. Worth the extra money to be close to the Outlet and to have the added bonus of the pool and hot tub!!

"Disrespect to law enforcement"
Our organization's members are all Law Enforcement and were in town to support the Wounded Warrior softball team. They are wounded veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. We tried to reserve rooms at this hotel but our members were told that there were no more rooms available that were reserved for the PRIDE MC. Our members then booked rooms at another […] local hotel. Then our organization was charged for all the rooms that we had reserved. The Hotel manager said that when out members called they did not say they were with the PRIDE MC and that is why they were told there were no rooms available. I think that Law enforcement personnel are smart enough to book a room and say what organization has reserved the room for them. The staff at this hotel all seem to have problems speaking and understanding English. This is probably the problem but the Manager is at this time is refusing to fix the problem and now our non profit organization is going to be charged for rooms that we were not permitted to stay in. The manager was very unpleasant and charged not only our organization for reserving the room but also charged our member for staying in the room. We spent one night here and found it was a clean and pleasant place. There are very few ammenities and the coffee, muffins and danish "breakfast" wasn't something to write home about, but the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable - unusual for this type of motel. Bring your own pillows, though, theirs were kinda lumpy. There was […] only one chair to sit in, so we had to use the bed for seating too. TV reception was good. Great location atop a high hill and just across the street from several eateries and shops. Also, just off the interstate. For a first floor room in the front, on a Friday night/Saturday morning, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was curteous. Good basic family lodging. Our room was clean, quiet, and roomy. We had a king sized bed and had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The pillows were hard, so if that is an issue, bring your own pillow to sleep on. "Ultra-basic, overpriced."
Well, again, my TomTom GPS couldn't find this place and led us down a backwoods lane and almost got us Deliveranced. We finally found it, and were a bit disappointed in the quality of the lodgings. Compared to the previous night at the hotel with the roof of red, which was half the cost, Econo Lodge was definitely sub-par. Very basic, outdated furnishings […] and decor.
