      My new bride and I had a pleasant stay here. The condo we had was awesome and the tub is huge. When we come back to the Smokies, we will be staying here. The rooms are costly but hey we are on vacation. great place to stay.

      My husband and I needed time away from home. We are raising grand kids and just needed some time to ourselves. We have stayed there before and were pleased both stays. This is an older building and is in need of some upgrades. But all in all was a comfortable place to stay. We did enjoy our stay.

    The hotel was very nice to stay in. The pool is busy until and will close at 11 p.m. so you need to make sure not to get a room surrounding that area. Other than that the hotel was very nice. I would recommend a stay here.

    Great hotel, rooms a bit small. No Jacuzzi in the room as the description led to believe. VERY strong chlorine smell around the indoor pool area. We loved that it was next to the river - lots of ducks, some type of hens, and even an egret! Breakfast buffet was good, but very crowded.

    Along w/ several of the other comments, the room was on the small side. With that said, we really liked our stay and were very pleased w/ everything the hotel had to offer. The location was great, not in the middle of town but close enough to walk instead of being stuck in traffic for forever. We were lucky enough to have a front facing room so my husband […] could go out on the landing or sit in the window to watch all the cars cruise by that were in town for the Rod Run. We were trying to give the kids a nice spring break, but were surprised with 2 rooms with essentially no light coming into them from the outside, facing other rooms almost withing touching distance. On asking to have these changed to ones facing the river side, we were told that to booking services they give only courtyard rooms. […] Breakfast was crowded but was fun for the kids, and staff there were nice. Great location in the heart of the Pigeon Forge tourist strip, nice indoor pool, good breakfast and a beautiful stream in back that is home to a bunch of friendly ducks and pigeons that like to be fed.     The indoor pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the family. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff was warm and helpful. The hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and shops and a close drive to many others. No complaints. A good deal in the heart of Pigeon Forge!

    THe pool was terrible they really need someone to be out there to watch out for adults that are ridiculous and think they dont have to follow the rules. My daughter who was in a float was choked on water when some old man jumped in the pool when it clearly states no jumping also the pool was very crowded

    the hotel was great! my 2 kids loved the indoor pool and my husband and i really enjoyed the jacuzzi. staff was very professional and friendly and our room along with the inside and outside of the hotel was very clean. also i must say that the free breakfast was the best i've ever seen from a hotel! you had so much food to pick from and it was delicious […] too. the hotel was close to everything and was easy to get into and out of. we also enjoyed feeding the ducks and watching the beautiful river flow by. we will be staying here again on our next trip to pigeon forge. highly recommend to anyone for a high quality hotel at a very great price!     My wife and I really liked this motel. It could get quite noisy in the mornings as the laundry was just behind us, but nothing unreasonable. Very well maintained. WiFi was weak, but worked. Great location, good breakfast.

    Everything was clean, breakfast wasn't great like the other reviews say but it was good to be free. The only thing I didn't like about the room was that the pool was indoor and the rooms were outdoor. Looking at the pictures all rooms look indoor but only a few are.
