"My night at Shamrock"

Just also watned to say the costumer service there is absolutely horrible, cant call anytime of the day & have help. I booked the rooms for 3 of my drivers through and when I had questions about the room the person who picked up said they couldnt help this happend on 3 different occasions before my drivers even made it there & I wouldnt be able to talk […] to anyone in the afternoon, I am a busy person & might not have always been able to call in the afternoon, in my eyes this is unacceptable & poor customer service if I had another choice I wouldnt not have dealt with this hotel. If you have seen the horror movie Vacancy then you know exactly what this place looks like. It's in a rough part of town and the front desk was unresponsive both times I tried to call. This hotel was far below the other hotels we had stayed at on our trip across. It definitely was not our favorite of any we stayed at in the same price range. I will say that the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean, but the rest of the amenities weren't that clean. We were due for some clean laundry, so used the machines there. "nice for the money"
I needed a place to stay between timeshares in Branson and Las Vegas, didn't expect much, but was surprised at the quality and quantity of amenities. They had more linens, shampoos, soaps, etc. for one night than at The French Quarter for a week (a supposedly luxurious timeshare/hotel in Branson, MO) and the carpet was cleaner. Is in very bad repair. Main Door to our room could not be locked properly. Is evidently a very old facility and has not been kept up by their maintenance crew.
