EXCELENT SERVICE AND PET FRIENDLY AS LONG AS IT IS A DOG UNDER 80 LBS. VERY CLEAN ROOMS AND AMENITIES. THE LOCATION IS LOCATED JUST OFF SW PARKWAY AND ANY EVENT OR LOCATION CAN BE REACHED WITHIN 10 TO 20 MINUTES.

The front desk staff was fine but the housekeeping staff is totally unprofessional. One knocked on the door (I had the do not disturb sign on the door) and after I said no thanks, she stayed outside my room and talked with a coworker. "You Want Ice & Customer Service? Wrong Hotel!"
ALL ice machines were broken. Desk staff were disinterested and rude @ check-in. Even the complaint system via phone seemed designed to discourage complaint feedback. The ice machines were on their 2nd day of being broken. Management should have brought in coolers with ice for customers to dip into. Absolutely rude and unresponsive staff.
