Overall it is a comfortable hotel. The complimentary breakfast is great, although they should have more than 1 toaster to accommodate the guests. The evening desk clerks are not as friendly as the daytime desk clerks.

Two issues downgraded this hotel the bedspreads were stained and appeared dirty. They should change these to cotton washable quits. The second issue was a noise problem which results from the echoing in their courtyard.

The hotel was decent. Would I stay a second time? Probably not. We were able to check in a little early which was a plus but our toilet would not flush correctly. They did fix that issue. The price for the room was great; however, we ended up getting one of the rooms that had an outside entrance. I was not thrilled and all the rooms were booked because of Easter weekend. I felt that the website should have mentioned that the room could be outside and I would have called to ensure another room. It was fine. You couldn't beat the price and it was clean. Staff was friendly. Wi-fi. Room was updated and nice. BUT... no computer/business center/printer. Breakfast was just ok. Had to slam door to get it to latch!

At $50 for an off-season, weekday stay, you're not going to get a dream sleeper mattress or anything like that. To use the indoor pool you have to walk outside to a separate entrance which was frustrating. The pool was cold, staff said they didn't believe it was the right temperature. But it was a great breakfast!

Nice, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. First room was horrible (one of the ones with door that opens to outside balcony--door had huge gaps on bottom and side, noisy and cold) but desk manager moved us without question. Interior room was fine for the price, comfortable and quiet.

The Girl at check-in was very unfriendly. Told us go up the elevator to 3rd floor. We got our stuff on the cart and stood at the elevator waiting for it to come. Looked at the girl that checked us in and she was standing there with a GRIN on her face. Finally she look at us and told us it was not working told us to go to the other one. The only things that were odd is you had to go outside in the cold to get to the indoor pool and you had to go outside to get to the "restaurant" for the free breakfast. The had that strong cleanser smell familiar to most budget hotel customers. it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in-room. For a basic room, though, it was fine. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast pretty generous. From the "historic area" name I hoped it would be walkable to the historic areas or college, but it was not....

nice people, the hotel was clean throughout and nicely decorated. both pools were clean and inviting. the breakfast was ok one item started a debate - was it an omelet or a pancake. whatever it was it was bland and tasteless. other than that - i had a nice stay.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean if your planning on staying for a few days. If your planning on staying in Williamsburg longer then you make want to seek a hotel with a refridgerator because this one doesn't have one. During the week the complimentary breakfast is great but on the weekends you can hardly get to to the food.

Great location, friendly staff, enjoyed breakfast, cable tv and indoor pool. Easy drive to Busch gardens ... Can even walk to 7-eleven to buy beer... Only negative is that the free wifi is slow and doesn't always connect.

Very disappointed with area of hotel and that our doors were outside. Felt very uncomfortable with my kids being with me. Also bring your own Pillows! Their pillows were terrible! Positive note breakfast was good and hotel Was clean.

This is an older hotel in need of renovations, but overall okay for the price. It was very full, and the pool needed to be cleaned. The breakfast area was very crowded with not enough space for the guests. You get what you pay for.

I was not happy with the rain that came into the room on Saturday. When I looked at the halls and other areas I noticed that it had happened before. Also had issues with the ice maker on our floor. It did not work either, as hot as it was you would think that they would look into the problem.
