The room was clean and very comfortable. I did not hear a thing all night. I messed up the tv and asked for help . The front desk clerk was there in less than 5 minutes. it was a nice place to spend a night.

I thought the customer service was terrible and the room was not worth the price. Unfortunately I was in Greenwood for a funeral and needed a place to stay the night between services. When I asked the receptionist if we could have late check out because the funeral did not begin until 3:00 she specified that no since I was not a choice hotel member […] I had to leave by 11:00. She was also very rude when we checked in and did not even give us the usual hotel spill during check in. The room was not worth the price. We had to walk around and plug in all the lamps, in which one still didn’t work. It was a hot day and the A/C wasn’t on. Tried to turn it on and the temperature knob fell off in my hand and when we came back after a few hours it still was not that cold in the room. I would not pay that price to stay again. Read more

I wanted to have a relaxing, uncomplicated 60th birthday get-away, and I really did. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with wonderful customer service. My room was so comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed, such as a microwave, fridge, ironing board & iron, hair dryer, cable tv, and a coffee pot. And so many restaurants and other […] stores on the same street as the hotel, made shopping for food and other items so convenient. The hotel offered breakfast, but I didn't want to leave my room, but I did enjoy the convenience of having my personal coffee pot. One thing that I would recommend would be that guests are given larger pillows on the beds. The pillows, in my room, were very small and too soft. Otherwise, the hotel & the service was great!!! By the way, I left my cell phone charger in the room, so when I called back for it to be sent to me, I had no problem. I will stay there again on my return trip! Read more

The room was comfortable, it did have an odor of some sort, but once the heat was on, it was not noticeable. The staff was wonderful; they were most helpful and accommodating. The hotel was newly remodeled at the time of our visit. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was better than I expected and included fresh waffles. The staff was helpful and courteous. We stayed there because the family we were traveling with had a dog and the hotel allows pets. This hotel was great for the price!. Clean rooms, comfy beds. What really stood out for me is the lady who checked us in - super friendly, she'd already helped us on the phone as we'd gotten hopelessly lost on the way into town and gave us clear directions. Hotel was lovely and quiet. All in all an enjoyable stay.

None of the bells and whistles of the nicer hotels, but was nice enough. The pool was closed and the breakfast wasn't much. A couple of donuts and some juice were available. Room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave in the room made it nice for a longer stay. Most of the staff was friendly. Appears to be in a "not so nice" part of town.
