We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, the hotel staff was very helpful, and the hotel was well maintained. My only complaint is that we were looking forward to enjoying an indoor pool and hot tub, and we found that the indoor pool was cold and very small and the hot tub had been filled in with concrete. The sauna was enjoyable, but needs maintenance as well.

The hotel has remodeled most of its rooms and they are quite nice. The beds are super comfortable and they have nice Samsung HD TVs in the rooms. Showers heads are passable. Seemed like they had low flow shower heads to conserve water. Everything else was nice

We visited Chattanooga for a Jr. ROTC competition. This was our first stay at a Microcell. It was good they had.some smoking.rooms. The rooms seemed small but there were 2 queen size beds. Staff were very nice. Room had fridge. and microwave. Price.was.excellent.

One shining star was the very friendly desk clerk who made me feel welcomed however, Its obviously an older motel with thin towels, flat pillows and worn, smelly carpet. the room was ok , it was on the 2nd floor , i asked if i could have a room on bottom floor and the woman said sorry all booked , but we were there 3 days and the whole 3 days only saw 3 or 4 cars , i know they were not all on bottom floor , so i think that was a bit rude,the bed was hard , but shower had good pressure, i dont think i would stay there […] again,because i didn't feel welcome there. and that means alot to me your room can be perfect , but if the atmosphere is cold its not comfortable to be there. Gross! We had a non smoking room that teamed of smoke. The sheets were stuck together and had multiple stains on them. The pool looked like a dirty puddle. There was only one towel in the room. This hotel was so gross we did nit even stay overnight. We were forced to purchase another room at a nearby hotel.

the room was clean but very dated. Tub drain was clogged with hair and we had to clean it so the shower would drain. Overall not dissatisfied and would stay there again for the weekend. Probably would not stay for an extended stay. Staff was extremly friendly and check in and out was very simple.

Our room was clean and comfortable.The only problem we had,was our refrigerator stopped working,but since it only had soft drinks in it,it was not a big deal and when we reported it, the manager offered to correct it immediately.For the price ,I would recommend it to anyone.

Desk clerk was horrible. Did not get the room we wanted. There was garbage in several places on the floor - don't think it had been cleaned. Slide lock was broke. Key card didn't work the first time we went to our room. The ceiling in the bathroom had a big crack above the shower with mold and mildew around it. Would never stay there again!

Very good location to go to Ruby Falls, right across from a shopping plaza which had restaurants in it so you don't have to go far. Manager was very nice. He had discount tickets for ruby falls which save us allot. Price was good. The workers seem nice,gas station very close. I'm glad we found it!!

when i booked i asked if it was with breakfast , i got a yes, BUT for me breakfast contains more then a cup of coffee and a honnybunn i had to take to my room because of the lack of diningarea, for me that was wery disapointing, afterall the price of the room is the same as if i got one with full breakfast. Pillows weren't that great and they said the pet fee was $10 but they font tell you they charge tax on that so it was $11.50 but other than that it was ok. Breakfast was just juice and coffee

First of all, my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to stay just for one night so we can rest and drive to the great smoky mountains the next day. We usually do this a lot with booking hotels while we are on the road and we usually use hotels.com. I can honestly say this was the second worst hotel we have ever stay at. Perfect location....staff was super nice...paid close attention to any and all requests. Friendly, caring people. Motel is old but well maintained and for the price we even got breakfast. Perfect for overnight stays...bed was so comfortable...no negatives whatsoever.
