The rooms were dirty, the water was cold, the toilet handle fell off in the middle of the night so had to use the bathroom down a floor which had no soap!! It was $10 cheaper than the usual hotel we stay at but unfortunately others were full and this one had lots of rooms left.

The management let us check in early and stay later. I thought that was super nice. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of breakfast, and the room hadn't been aired out due to our early arrival. Didn't take long to freshen it up, though, and the quiet is really what I was looking for.

We stayed July 3rd. There was only one other car in the parking lot. The place looked like it was out of business. However, we went in. The room was clean but smelled musty. it was out of town further than we would of liked.

This is a pretty basic place to stay. A bit south of Brainard on Business-371, nothing of interest within walking distance. If you want a reasonably priced place to stay, this fits the bill. If you need more amenities, this is not the place. I'm satisified with what I got, and the condition of the property

Booked this hotel because of the price on weekend, was positively surprised, clean rooms, very quiet area (outside of town, no buisiness around). Only thing to menion, was relatively hard to find because it is not located where all the other hotels are. Very friendly staff

This hotel could be so much better if the entrance lobby/breakfast area looked more inviting. It really needed a deep clean of settee and dining chairs. If I was just a walk in I would not have stayed but I had booked one of the "unpublished rate" hotels and was really disappointed as previous booking of this type had been a great hotel. In fact I think […] it would have been cheaper at rack rate. Having said that the room was fine, would have liked a coffee maker but no problems at all. Breakfast was continental and okay. Quite a way from town but very quiet. Staff friendly but not exactly business like in dress etc. Read more
