Room was very clean, as well as the rest of the hotel. Only complaint was breakfast was very skimpy and closed down way to early - closed by 10:30 on sunday morning.

the staff was wonderful, I definitely recommend the hotel for their friendliness and central location. Parking was easy either on the private street or in the parking deck. Definitely try the cookies that are complimentary at the front desk!!!

I enjoyed it very much....although we had a few problems at the beginning of our stay, they were handled well and we were given a discount which was appreciated. I used to live in the area years ago and remember when the hotel was built into Quaker Square and this was the first time I stayed there. Needs a little updating but it is lovely still!

Alright, this is not the most beautiful hotel in the neighborhood, but the staff is great, the rooms are clean and it is a nice neighborhood. If you feel like paying twice as much go next door and your pillows may be a little nicer, but if you just want a nice place to sleep, this is the spot. Super convenient to dining and I-77.

My stay was excellent. My only complaint is that there is no free breakfast at this Red Roof Inn and it states so in the advertisement. Every other RRI I have stayed in has a breakfast so I was very disappointed. Even Independent RRI's should keep up with others.

The room was clean, although the vynl baseboards that were previously glued had separated from the wall. If you love watching Fox news, you will feel right at home because none of the other news channels such as CNN, or MSNBC worked. The staff were very personable and professional. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The front desk staff on the night that I stayed was AMAZING!! They were really friendly and even came to my room in the rain so I didn't have to run down to the front desk. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

The rooms was clean besides the spots on the comforter and the bed was hard as bricks and you could hear the people in the next room taking a shower at 12:30 am. If we ever went back to Cleveland we would not stay here again because of all that and the smoke free policy..

This Red Roof Inn claimed to have just remodled all there rooms. Wow, I wonder if they have ever acctually stayed in a remodled room? The room conditions were deplorable. They did not even have hair dryers which I expected. No amenities whatsoever. The beds were shabby and the chair was falling apart. I would never stay here again.

The hotel was comfortable, but what I found disturbing was a half smoked cigarette in my bathroom. Clearly there are signs stating Non-smoking, but I guess that does not apply to the staff.

Hard wood floors made it cold when walking around or getting out of shower. Carpet would have given the room more of a home feel. Heater was so noisy it woke me up every time it went on. Late night front desk employee very nice.

The room was in need of a good scrubbing!! The floors were filthy and the inside of the dresser drawers had food crumbs in them. It was loud and noisy on a Monday night! I had to call the front desk twice about the noise at 2 am before anything was done. the price of the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and can be compared to any 3.5 star hotel. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable, but other than that, my stay was excellent.

I stay at Independence each time I have an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. Although it is a 20 minute drive, it is a safe neighborhood with many restaurant options. I like the RR Inn because it is easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Great location
