My room had a really foul odor. Went to the store to get Lysol and Clorox wipes and started wiping everything down and the room was not clean. It appeared clean but it was very dirty. The wipes went from white to black. I will never stay here again. The agents at the desk were friendly though.

Although the exterior was dated, new room renovations were very well received. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were adequate, and the rates were very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Nashville on a budget.

The room was clean beds were comfortable, each room had outside access which was convienent due to the non- smoking facility. No complimentry breakfast but had a free shuttle to the airport. Staff was nice.

Not sure what experiences others had, but my room was incredibly comfortable. It was clean and well-kept. The hotel itself was very close to the airport and the complimentary shuttle adds a lot to the value. The bathroom was immaculate, the water pressure was excellent and the hot water was soothing. With a late flight, I didn't check in until midnight. Naturally, I wanted to check in and go to bed. The walls are very thin (I was on the second of three floors). The poor man above me had a rough night coughing and the couple next door really need to seek professional therapy to resolve their issues. The deluxe king non smoking had enough room for us. Even though close to airport, noise minimal. Microwave, fridge helped a lot. We were in our RV and broke down for two weeks. Had a cat too. It still amazes me in this day and age that some business hotels still make you go to the front desk for an ironing board, then give you one of those worthless miniature ironing boards. I will never stay here again for this reason alone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room decor, cleanliness, quality for a reasonably priced motel/inn. New beds, bed spreads, pillows were nice. The bathroom was clean and served it's purpose, they only give you a small bottle of shampoo and couple bars of soap which was fine. No hair dryers. The room was set up really nice. It looked really modern. Thank goodness the inside of the room looked better than the outside of the motel. Yes it is a motel....I wasn't expecting that. The bed was too firm for me. The pillows were awful. I didn't get much sleep.

The location was great, not too far from the main highway. The bed was lumpy and gave me a crick. Free breakfast was just coffee - just coffee not so hot. Since it was just a place to rest before moving along, it wasn't as bad as it could have been. glad I didn't pay more.

Newly redone...Beds were uncomfortable, had hair all over the sheets on the bed, air didnt work right, bathroom door you had to slap to get it to shut, shower pressure was low BUT on the good side the Staff was very friendly. Would NOT recommend this to anyone.

II usually stay at Marriott or Hilton properties. I needed something fast and inexpensive and close to the airport. The staff was nice the rooms were clean and the price was right. The only complaint I have is that the safe in my room was not working. I forgot to tell the staff before I checked out. I would us your hotel again

April, the evening manager, was great. She was extremely helpful and kind. The room was a great deal for the price and the room was very clean. The TV was nice and the refrigerator/microwave decent sizes. I tried two hotels and I will stay here again.

I was traveling on business and had a flight to catch very early in the morning, so I stayed at Red Roof Inn (for the first time) since it was close to Nashville International and had decently cheap rooms available. The facility itself was a bit dimly lit for the exterior and parking, but was overall well kept. I had the front desk give me a wake up […] call of 3 AM. I stayed in a "superior king bed" room. My room was decently cleaned although not meticulously, and I was a bit disappointed to find a cigarette burn directly in the middle of the chair provided in the room. The bathtub had some damage to the tub itself with a slight indentation that kept standing water in the middle of it, and the indentation itself appears to have been there for some time as it turned grayish and red from the water. All in all it was fairly decent until they put "party people" in the room adjacent to mine and a little ways down from my room. These people would stand on the breezeway talking unnecessarily loud and smoking, and would continue going in and out of their rooms and stomping along the breezeway well into the night. They obviously had been drinking before they got there, so I am not sure why they were even admitted into the motel. This continued all the way up until the wee hours of the morning without a break. And to top it off, I mentioned earlier that I requested a wake up call at 3 AM. Lo and behold, the phone in the room I was staying in didn't ring. Thanks cellular alarm! Read more

The room had a funky odor. Bed was comfortable or maybe that was do to the amount of alcohol consumed celebrating the new year. I brushed my teeth and the water tasted like it came right from the pool, but there was no pool. I could barley turn around to sit on the toilet in the bathroom. The shower had a annoying hissing shower head. There were two […] puick hairs on the top shelf of the toilet lid. Other than that the TV worked. The room is clean. The bathroom is very, very small but enough for short stay. Unfortunately their is no hairdryer in the room. The location is perfect for an overnight stay before departure at Nashville Airport - they have an airport shuttle which I think is great!!
