We were going to the Grand Canyon and had no idea on the lay of the land. We picked this hotel because of the ratings and boy were they spot on. The hotel service was fantastic, the breakfast fast and fresh and the property was close to some nice restaurants. Also a beautiful drive up to the canyon was right out the front door.

There was no visible sign from the road to this hotel. We had to go around the block to find it. It is very noisy there. The train runs and blows all night long! Almost drove me insane.

Our room was as nice as the pics showed. Bedding was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The shower was awesome because it had more pressure than most hotel showers and it had different settings for the shower head. The location is great as well. You are walking distance from a village inn that gives you a discount on your meal for staying in the […] hotel. As for the continental breakfast, they have a lot of choices. Egg patties, biscuits and gravy, four kinds of cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and you can even make your own waffles. At night we were in the indoor pool and hot tub. We went in everyday! The staff was very friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. Even the people who cleaned our room were very nice and did a great job the entire week we stayed there. Overall I think this place was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. Also I would definitely stay here again. I love flagstaff and I love this days inn! Read more

This is an overall good hotel, friendly helpful staff and decent breakfast for the money. Would stay here again if I'm in the area. A bit far out of downtown Flagstaff, but good access to the highway to get to area sites.

They put us in a handicap room on the first floor, with a door that lead to the room next store. The hotel was nothing special, deffinetly not worth the money we spent on it. Staff was nice and hotel filled up very fast.

the only problem we had was the pool and hot tub. the steps were slippery in spots. I slipped in the hot tub and fell and also going into the pool. The pool water was a little dirty looking.

Overall the hotel was clean and the front desk staff very friendly. Our room was nice however there was a baby diaper left in the trash can in our bathroom. A fuse blew on the power line early the next morning so many in the hotel were without partial or total power. Good for an overnight stay on the way to our destination.

Ok for the price, but not great. Typical of this chain. Showing its age. Has been upgraded but should have been higher quality materials All hotels on the old Route66 in Flagstaff are noisy because of all the trains. This one is slightly better than average. I really enjoyed my stay at this location. The breakfast was always great and I was happy about the friendly front desk service. The room service was good as well. The first night we had trouble sleeping because the pillows were very thick and hard, so I left a note to the room crew to please give us two thinner/softer pillows which they did and we […] slept good for the rest of our stay. The only downside to the hotel is that the walls are very thin so I could hear conversations sometimes and also when people walked on their floor above us, it was very creaky but perhaps it was a large person as I did not hear this every night. This was a good hotel especially for the rate charged. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the TV service very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. But certainly not a destination. Accommodations were adequate but nothing about the place made it memorable in itself. It did provide the ability to access many attractions in the Flagstaff area easily. It is well situated with major traffic corridors providing easy access to any part of town. Very Kind and friendly staff.

We would stay again. The young lady at the desk was very cheerful and helpful. Ask about the great Mexican restaurant just down the street--it was on the TV show "Diners, Dives and Drive-Ins" and it was SUPERB for dinner! Everything homemade and amazing salsa bar. The motel's continental breakfast is convenient but very basic/predictable.

It's a basic hotel. It's clean, the people were friendly and helpful. It's right off Route 66, everything I needed is within 5 miles. It's exactly what I expected it to be for the cost. (skip the breakfast though)

Hotel location is great for getting around to see the sights. Hotel desk help was very helpful and friendly. A+ The only complaint would be the magical voulme of the TV, it would raise and lower all by it self. We were not there to watch TV anyway. PMD
