Hotel-like Accommodations, but Motel prices. The room was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. Check-in staff was friendly. Your room opens to outside (as in any motel), so, security is a bit of an issue as the surrounding area is not monitored.

Next to I-88, in & out quickly. Great location. Plenty of parking, very convenient. It has coffee and newspaper at the office. Very low cost. The room has some smell but it is spacious.

The service at check-in was slow. There were two people at the desk, one helping another guest, and the other ignoring me. If he's not able to check me in himself, he should at least acknowledge my existence. They were unable to give us a ground-floor room, even with a 4pm check-in. The bed itself was very comfortable, but the room was so small you […] almost had to step over it to get into the room. Same with the bathroom - you had to step over the toilet to close the door. The work space of the desk was less than a foot deep, so you couldn't really use a laptop there at all. I've stayed in plenty of European/East Coast hotels that had more space than this one. It might work for one person (two people was VERY cramped), but if you have more than one small suitcase, you'll be searching for a place to put everything. The neighborhood is good - lots of restaurants nearby - but I'd take a pass on staying here again. One of the perks of staying in a suburb rather than in the city is the increased space. I have stayed there 6 or 7 times since January, and everything is usually great. However, during our last stay, our room began leaking from the ceiling while we were out to dinner and we came back to our clothes and personal belongings soaked in water. My girlfriends make-up case was flooded, and much of the make-up was ruined. The management upgraded […] our room, but between moving our room in the middle of the night, and then having to hang our wet clothes and items all over the room, it was quite a nightmare. The room had clearly been redone. The floors were wood laminate, bedding didn't look old or outdated, bathroom was very up to date and the furniture was also modern. My daughter and I were staying in the area due to her sporting event and the location was perfect. There were places to eat very close by as well as shopping. The neighborhood it was in […] was very safe and not overly busy while we were there. The hotel was quiet and we didn't notice other guests being noisy. For someone who just needs a place to stay and doesn't need a lot of fancy amenities or a lot of space in the room I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was alright, next to busy road. They recently remodel all the rooms. Overall not bad for the price I paid.

Very nice accommodations for a 1-night 'no-frills' stay. The Chicago-area Red Roof Inns are definitely worth the money. Can't say the same for the ones on the east coast. Free wi-fi in this room and very clean. Plenty shopping just down IL-59.

Newly renovated, very clean and new rooms. The staff was very friendly. This was nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, and a good value. I'd stay here again.
