Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Buckhead

I rented this Hotel because it is conveniently located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta There was one person working at check in. The room I received was dirty. There were two threadbare towels in the bathroom which was befouled, adulterated with with human hair. I took the two towels to check in, complained about the hair, and received two new ones. […] I went back to the room and prepared for bed by folding back the bed covers. What I saw shocked me. The sheets were dirty and had been slept on by someone who who had been sleeping on his or her back and left a fecal streak (skid mark) 4" in length on the sheets. My husband and I were traveling to attend a friend's birthday. The hotel was convienently located and getting taxi service was fast and easy. The room was clean, and the front desk person friendly. The bed was not extremely comfortable (perhaps old), but for one night or even two, the price and location were great.

I stayed in this hotel because the location, I would recommended for a one night stay as I did. Towels were missing, I have to go to the front desk and get them in a cold rainy night. Faucet the water stopper was broke, I don't need it but it was a bad impression. If you are not too picky you can stay here.

The hotel is located close to I-85 which is runs through the middle of Atlanta. The hotel was very clean and the parking area secure. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

I Had to book last minute for Atlanta market. I had select Buckhead area for safety and urban transportation.Hotel was clean and remodeled. Friendly staff. It is not close to subway station need to rent a taxi for 8 minute ride from subway to hotel. It was best choice in last minute will book again if i have to.

The overall stay was okay but there was what appeared to be a booger on the shower curtain and there was also hair in the "clean" towels. We couldn't figure out how to control the heat. I assumed it was controlled from the main office. Nevertheless it was entirely too hot.

The hotel staff called and got a cab for me on new year's eve and it was there w/in 10 mins after we checked in, as the hotel employee stated. I'd been trying to find a cab for almost an hour without any luck. Their call saved me so much trouble!

We stayed 3 nights and the first day of cleaning of the room, the bed was thrown together and the sink & tub were left dirty and I am sure the toilet was not wiped down. I brought it to housekeeping and the managers attention. Instead of saying Mrs......we will take care of that right away, they told me they would make sure it was cleaned the next day. […] The next day they didn't come and do ANYTHING. I question how clean the floors were(laminate) as well after experiencing how they cleaned. Once again I complained to management and the attitude was really of disinterest. Incredibly modern room for the price, the light bulb over the sink kept flickering but the bathroom itself was rather clean and the Toilet was properly functioning. 7 out of 10 given the rate was less than what one would inspect.

While the front desk staff was very inviting and friendly, it was beyond disappointing to find our room rather dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed in quite some time, and there were multiple stains on the floor from the doorway to the bath. Ohh, this hotel was so much poorer than it appeared to be on the web site. Yes, the rooms did seem to be relatively new, but mine was not well maintained. There was not even a bar a soap in the room (doesn't that present a health risk?!?), and although the towels were washed, they had quite unpleasant stains! Positive-updated rooms. Negative-mattress hard as a rock. Tossed and turned all night and I hurt in the morning (I am only 35, not old). Also, the SHEETS WERE DIRTY but I only realized the next morning so too late to switch rooms. I was so grossed out we left right away. I WILL NOT RETURN.

Mold was on the bathroom shower curtain. There was only 1 bath towel when I pre registered 3 guests for the room.
