We liked our room on the club level and the ease of parking. The restaurant was a bit limited in menu, but the food was good. We wish we had know we could have used our Starwood Preferred points against some of the upgrades and charges on our bill. Next time.

As always, this is like any other Sheraton. Beautifully appointed, comfortable room, however they charge you for every convienence that other hotels provide for free. An extra $10 per night if you would like wifi in your room or you can use it for "free" in the lobby. Renting movies starts at $16.99. A pleasant stay. Desk staff helpful and polite. I wish the note about not requiring a change of linen had been clearer. I did not need them changed and did not leave towels on the floor etc. However since i did not put the sign on the door I was not entitled to the gift card.

Stayed at this hotel after our wedding reception and it was the best choice we could have made. The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to get me connected with a local florist so that I could get flowers delivered to my room. Room was clean and big! My wife loved it!

Hotel Staff was great. Room was great. Shuttle from Ontario Airport great. Accomadated early check in great, $ 8.58 room charge for a 3 second phone call to locate my cell phone a little exhoritant. Definitly will stay there again.

We stayed at this Sheraton on our second night, and the Sheraton on the bay in San Diego the night prior. At San Diego, the AC did not work--something the staff recognized--yet we paid for the room.. Then, in Pomona, it also did not work there. Sheraton should look into this AC issue. In addition, paying for internet, per device, is a bit outdated these […] days (most hotels offer it free, not $10 per device). The hotel was a nice surprise. I don't expect high-end at a Sheraton... the one we had for years in my town was horrid! The employees behind the desk were friendly, intelligent and helpful. The room was beautiful and quite large, much bigger than I expected! And everything felt quite grand!

The staff was very helpful. There was a voicemail from the front desk, asking if everything was okay in my room. When I ordered room service, someone called within fifteen minutes to be sure we were satisfied with our food. The hotel is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff is helpful.

Booked sherton for a night of romantic get away with my wife, condition of the hotel is better than what i imagine, even though the hotel was built years ago. Danny from front desk was very helpful, we enjoy our stay at sherton very much, and will definitely return again!

We had a very pleasant experience! The staff were great, the room was very spacious (double-bed) and looked like a mini suite! Very impressed. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Have always enjoyed staying at this hotel but, notice that maintenance of the room was not good. The celing showed signed of water damage above my bed and there was asewage smell coming from the bathroom.

The staff is horrible, check in is 3:00 pm, requested a double bed room when making the reservation. Room was not ready until 3:45 and that was for a single bed. The staff didn't care. Room was not clean, found stuff in the couch.

It was a very nice experience. Everything was top notch except we were led to believe that a breakfast was included and after we ate we were presented with a bill. The hotel itself was wonderful and we would have liked to stay longer.

The good: Nice location, large parking lot (having traveled from San Frans. and staying in a broom closest and paying an asinine parking surcharge this meant a lot). Very roomy and clean room. The Grill's food was good as well.Overall very satisfied. The bad: My only and big complaint (and this is a big one) they CHARGE $10 for internet for EVERY device […] per day!!! Fantastic Suite which was laid out nicely and very luxurious! Second time I have stayed in a Sheraton in the last year and I am quite impressed with their improvement in quality and comfort. Definitely will try to stay in a Sheraton Again if the need arises.

10-15 minutes from the Ontario, California airport makes this a convenient location to Pasadena, Covina, Glendale and Claremont. Burbank Airport is about 50 minutes away. High marks to the young, smiling, attentive staff at the front desk! I travel a great deal so hospitality matters when I enter a lobby as a tired road warrior. All rooms are suites; […] small suites but nonetheless they are suites. The restaurant was adequate even if offering a limited menu. Service was sometimes slow so you had to request refills and ask for your check. Temperature control in the room was difficult. The hotel is associated with the Fairplex so crowds can appear suddenly. There is no charge for parking although parking spaces are outside so bad weather can be a problem. Rooms are dated with poor lighting. Bathroom was a bit of a dungeon. No other complaints. Not sure why its hotel number 1 in Pomona, its nothing special.

Had to stay at this hotel for the PE exam that was being held at the Fairplex. There's nothing complimentary for the price you pay at this hotel except for using the downstairs computers and printing. McKinley Grille was surprisingly delicious for dinner. Visiting family near by for a celebration in Rancho Cucamonga which seemed oddly devoid of hotels. We found this hotel to be comfortable and very nice customer service.
